We went for the first time over the weekend and won’t be back. Our server was horrible she never brought our soup or salads, then she messed our bills up with our group had one person pay someone else’s. She ended up fixing it but when we asked for a receipt of the new charges she forgot about that and we had to remind her.The grill did not cook my daughters chicken all the way and gave her a plate with raw chicken. They did comp us for her meal but the grill manager didn’t seem to care about the raw chicken.This was our first and last time there, what we thought would of been a fun experience was not!

They focused so much on just cooking the meat, but never flipped the food or anything, half of my noodles were still cold, broccoli was raw still and sauce was just sitting so never got mixed in. Wouldn’t come back, server was also terrible.

My husband and I had a phenomenal experience here, I really wish we had one local to us. They have gluten free options, and they even cooked my food separate from the other foods to avoid cross contamination. The staff was friendly and our cooks were charming. I ate so much I thought I was going to explode! Of all the restaurants we ate on our trip to the dells, this place was by far the best, in terms of quality for the price and serving sizes.
