The Menudo (A Heads-Up!)
I tried their menudo, and it wasn't quite what I expected. They serve it without hominy. Coming from a background where hominy is a staple in the dish, it was a surprise, but I learned that’s actually how it’s prepared further south in Mexico. It’s a different style, so just keep that in mind if you're used to the northern or Tex-Mex version!
