Would’ve given them a 5 star at the very start of the business. Super nice, great food. Knew me by my name because I went everyday. Past couple months I haven’t been going to much because of how terrible the customer service has gotten and how they cook the food. I’m a local and gave you a lot of business. The least you could do is respect my order and not toss the fries in without a fry bag and leave the chicken raw.

No fresh very bad

Was driving through the Dells when I noticed this place. Hadn’t had lunch so I stopped. Glad I did. The young lady taking orders was attentive and sweet. Chicken was great and fried pickles were excellent. The biscuit was fresh and delicious. Will absolutely be back.

Was really excited to try this place until we got our food. Sat at the drive thru for a minute or so before anyone spoke. They were not busy as it's 9pm on a Thursday. The lady is giggling and laughing with another coworker in the microphone while we were placing our order which I find really unprofessional for Carla V. who was taking our order.
Now the food was hot and fresh yet had no flavor whatsoever. I ordered the 3 chicken tenders combo. The breading had zero flavor to it. My boyfriend ordered the rockin chicken sandwich, which again had no flavor and was just tenders smashed between a bun and no toppings or anything.
Very disappointing and underwhelming. Probably will not be returning unfortunately.

The service was adequate $30 for 2 people and the food was a complete disappointment. I had chicken not so tenders...my partner had chicken wings which were deep fried and greasy, more fat than meat. No salt in condiment area, the Clerk got salt from the kitchen. Not going back.

The food was the only okay thing about this place. Ordered a shake and when I was given my order I did not receive my shake. I asked the gentleman who handed me my food about my shake. He responded, “she’s supposed to make it” referring to the cashier who was busy taking several orders. I thought he also worked there? Terrible customer service.

Giving the name of the restaurant, and being a chicken lover myself, I have to say I was highly disappointed. They need a different batter for starters and my fries looked like overcooked end pieces of the fries, dark brown in color. Disappointed! Biggly.

We love coming here. I always get the nashville hot and my partner gets the bone in chicken. This is our favorite chicken place to eat at. Service is fast and the atmosphere is very relaxed.
