Do not use or buy gift cards from here!!! Me and my Latino family ordered a pizza and when it showed up it was wrong order so we called and they sent a new pizza (which was again wrong). Then when I said something to the delivery driver he told me that because I used a gift card he “knew what type of people we were” and threw the pizza at me then walked away. Then the manager wouldn’t take my call for 2 hours and had the staff keep telling me she will call back when she has time. Meanwhile me and my wife and 3 kids are still waiting for our pizza we ordered and paid for and left a tip. Manager finally called back after store closed at 9:30pm to tell me I can get 25% off my next order. Please avoid if you’re ever in the dells. Racism and not caring about customers is very high on their priority list

Me and my family order pizza two nights in the roll. First night pizza was great and everything was fine. Second night we order pizza and breadsticks(because we loved the pizza). We had to repeat our gift card numbers 8 times because the lady on the phone was talking to other coworkers. Finally after repeating the number 8 times. Our order was in and everything was paid for. And when our food arrived we noticed the pizza was not what we requested. So we called to let them know they made the wrong pizza. So the lady said they remake the pizza and we had to give them the old pizza. Which okay but now we waited 2 hours. So then the deliver driver comes to our hotel with the new pizza. Puts both pizza on the floor and said they the same pizza. And proceeded to say you order two nights in the roll with gift cards and we know what kind of people you guys are. I did not know ordering with gift cards was a wrong and my family felt like the deliver driver profile me and my family. And he said it in front of my two young kids! End of the day we never got the right pizza and we had to keep calling just to speak to the manager.

We tried to get pizza from them and they got mad at us for using gift cards for 2 days in a row without tipping even though we tipped 10 dollars in all 5 dollars today 5 yesterday and if you had gift cards you would also use then instead of paying money and plus were a family of 5 and he was just being super rude in general

I have been choosing Sarento's as my birthday dinner with 4 generations for years! I now live 2+ hrs away and still choose Sarento's but tonite will b the last. We were seated in a backroom (I assume because we had 3 teen aged kids. We usually have 5+ kids and other years were under 5) service was not even close to as good which was highly disappointing. The rest of my family is local I actually grew up just down the street. Not the service or treatment I and my family was used to! Very disappointed!!

This is now one of our favorite restaurants when in the dells. Love the atmosphere live music and of course the food is superb and large portions, you won’t leave hungry! Can’t wait to try the pizza next time.

Don't bring your kids for Tuesday night 1/2 price pizza.
