Sarento's

Great meal once we found the restaurant. We had to call to get the correct address. The correct address is i 441 Wisconsin Dells Parkway S, Wisconsin Dells.

Sarento's used to have the best bread sticks (long and soft, good flavor). They switched to shorter and hard bread sticks which were hard to eat and not as flavorful.

Ambiance is not really pleasing. Inside looks very old fashioned. Noise level sometimes are extremely high. Overall customer service is okay except for one lady who whenever you want to order something she gives attitude. I asked for well done and they did not bring it well done and she was trying to go back & forth with me. Besides that everyone else is good. I usually have a good time when I'm there.

We sat at the bar before we were seated for dinner. The excellent service started immediately with the bartender. My wife ordered a glass of wine and the bartender that bottles were half off that evening. We then ordered the meatballs. They were the best meatballs we've ever eaten. I also had a glass of Sangiovese. The bartender refilled my glass for no extra cost. The excellent service continued when we were seated for dinner. My wife had spaghetti and I had veal Parma. We will go back when we come back to the Wisconsin Dells.

I love the food here and they have good gluten free options! It's a bit pricey but I'd say it's worth it to go once as a special dinner on vacation. The caprese salad is amazing! (also my boyfriend ate 8 breadsticks lol)

Waitress was inattentive. Took our drink order, took our dinner order and never returned. Odd

My husband had the Ravioli & I had the Friday fish fry. Both our meals were delicious and service was excellent!

Overall very enjoyable experience. Service was good and quality of the food was excellent.

It's average at best. Whenever a restaurant is part of a waterpark and is producing food in bulk, crazy to think it's going to be unique or outstanding.

Our server was excellent as I had a couple questions as to a few items on menu, food was delicious and my rib eye was cooked perfect. Needed to have bill split which they normally dont do but explained situation to server and they were able to take care of after oking with management

The food was wonderful and the ambiance felt like an Italian restaurant. It did not have any "touristy" feel to it. It was genuine from the frescoes in the wall to the lighting and colors. We will return!!

Friday fish fry (battered cod) and salmon salad were excellent, as was the atmosphere. Server was bit abrupt and interrupted conversations, but it was busy.

It was basically the Olive Garden. Similar dishes, service with salad and bread sticks. If you like or love Olive Garden you will feel the same about this place. Dinged them on service because forgot bread sticks and we had to ask after the salad then had to ask for bread plates after they the brought the sticks. Also loaded up all the dishes with Parmesan cheese without asking. But hey it's in Wisconsin so what did I expect. We would probably go back knowing the situation. Value was fine.

Super slow service at the bar. Overserved bar mates next to me. Completely wasted and continued to be served. Something floating in my served wine. Much smaller portions than has been in years gone by but jumped up in prices. People at the bar getting salad and meal delivered together versus salad then meal. They were complaining. After people who ordered after me got their entire meal I finally got my salad. 45 minutes later I got my meal. Wasn’t correct. Staff too busy. Friendly enough but has really gone down from years in the last. Oh and all of their dirty glasses awaiting washing at the bar were sitting commingled with their clean shot glasses. 🤮 probably won’t be back. Used to be a favorite.
