I called to place an order for two platters. Staff, especially Jeremiah, were patient and so helpful. He knew the platters were for a wedding and wished us the best day. He even advised leaving off onions, which made me smile. No one had bad breath. Thank you all!!

My daughter left her phone behind on vacation, after contacting the restaurant Heather was helpful and agreed to drop it off at a UPS to be shipped back home to us, we paid for the shipping label. I would assume they get a lot of out of town guests and this is not the first time it has happened but still this is above and beyond their job role and I compliment the staff for their kindness.

Not one person smiled or said hello. Tables and floor were dirty. Bread was tough. Wanted bacon warmed, but it was warmed longer than most subways do it so it was tough instead. Plus they only gave 3 pieces of bacon for a footlong. Other Subways give more than that. The atmosphere all together was odd feeling. I'm not sure how to explain it. A young employee parked right by front door, where customers should have been able to park. We are huge Subway fans, but I'm not sure we'll return to this one.

DO NOT GO HERE. The staff at this Subway have serious attitude problems. On Friday, June 27 around 9:40 AM, I walked in and greeted the guy at the front, he didn’t respond, turned his back to us, and let us stand there in silence before motioning to a girl in the back, saying, “Come get the orders of these two” like we were a burden.

The girl came out, slammed the sandwich papers on the counter, and when I politely asked if the store was open (since I thought maybe I came too early), he snapped, “Well, if we were closed, you wouldn’t be able to get in.”

I left without ordering. Everyone can have a bad day, but this kind of rude, dismissive behavior is unacceptable. Save yourself the trouble and go to a different location or another place where basic respect and customer service still exist. Subway by Walmart has great customer service compared to this one. I hope management does something about these 2 employees.

Terrible experience picking up an online order from the Subway near Mt. Olympus. The girl working the counter around 8:00 PM on FRIDAY (6/20/2025) was extremely rude. She threw ingredients onto the sandwich, slammed the sauces around, even throwing the receipt It was honestly uncomfortable to watch, and I ended up not even eating the food. For a place near a vacation park, this kind of service is unacceptable. I hope management addresses this with proper training and accountability.

Worst service. Seems like an Asian guy, with lot of impatience. He was murmuring when I was asking for questions. I felt too bad.. He doesn’t know who to deal with customers who got exhausted already under the hot sun. Please please think twice opting the subway even you are hungry.
Place: Subway near Citgo Gas station, Wisconsin Dells, near Mt Olympus Rooms.

I got there to place an order for takeout and the guy that was working let me stand there for 10 minutes while he did a phone order without even greeting me or saying a word. Barely looked up. When I did finally get my food, the bread was crunchy and definitely not fresh! It doesn't surprise me because the manager is equally as unprofessional and rude, but, still disgusting. Will not return. 10 out of 10 do not recommend.

The two gentlemen that work here specifically, May 25th 2025 7:33 P.M. were very rude and had attitudes, they don't belong in the food industry. The girl was the only decent one.

My sandwich was beautiful and well made. The employee's clearly take the time to make the sandwich right. The bar has been set.
