Burger King in general isn't good anymore. This place is no exemption. Terrible service from the staff all the time, like we (THEIR PAYCHECK) aren't worth the effort to serve decently made food.
Ask for fresh made, you get something made 45 minutes ago anyway like we can't notice the difference.
Dont go here, or any fast food restaurant in Wisconsin Rapids, none of the workers try to serve food that won't make you sick, and even if it is, it's garbage now anyway compared to how it was a decade ago. Save your stomach and go to a real restaurant with real food like Idas or Tameracks.
Way better than McDonald's in this town
I waited over 25 min for 2 sausage egg and chees croissants and 1 small hash brown. I had to go in and ask about my food. I said ive bee waiting over 25 min thisnis ridiculous. The lady said they had a big order. Thats a lie. I watched people get their food behind me and there qas 5 bags sitting by the warming thing. Low and behold my order was right there. So now im late for work and my food is cold. Ive never had this much of a problem with getting breakfast there. I wasnt even offered a coupon or im sorry. Just a lie and cold food. Smh.
BK drive thru service has greatly improved and we love the new later hrs!
A bottle of cleaning stuff in the womans bathroom on the floor between sink and toilet. To me that is a danger to young children
The Texas burger was amazing
Burger King has good burgers and chicken sandwiches and literally the best vanilla milkshakes I've ever had and also food is healthier than mcdonalds.
Ordered 7 dollar choice. 2 people inside I'm the only one in drive thru. Chicken, whopper Jr, fries. Order repeated back correctly. Asked to pull off to side.wait not long. Ended up getting 3 fries....1 chi chicken and the chicken had cheese...yuck and the fries allllll 3 weren't done. Tried to eat it but, couldn't nasty.
Very poor customer service. Very rude lady working the drive thru tonight. My daughter wasn't even able to complete her order before being cut off. She doesn't have the courage to stand up for herself, so now she has to run someplace else for food. Call to complain and I'll bet it falls on deaf ears because there is only 2 people working. Couldn't pay me to spend another dime here again.
There was a homeless man in the restaurant trying to buy a cup of coffee to warm up and the manager told him they don't serve coffee at that time of the day..2:30 in the afternoon.

Ordered 2 mushroom and Swiss melts. Plus order of fries and cheesy tater tots. The 2 burgers had a very bad spoiled taste to them!!!! We returned them, and requested the manager check the ingredients in the kitchen. Hope we both don't get sick.
30 minute wait for a mobile app order. Only to receive cold chicken nuggets.
Seems that most Burger Kings have slow service these days. This one is both slow and usually inaccurate, always something missing from the order.
Cheyenne and Shawnison (likely spelled wrong!) were the only two working when we stopped for an early dinner. They were great! They explained they were doing their best and still kept up with drive thru and we had fresh, hot and delish food within 15 minutes of walking in! Shawnison, especially, was still attentive to everyone's orders and worked so well with an elderly gentleman after us in getting his orders correct. The dining area was clean, swept and everything was nice. Restroom was the same! Great job!!!
