She was very pleasant even though by now all the tables were full. All of our food was delicious. I would definitely recommend Gordies.”

“We had reservations for a table of 17 in a tight timeframe. The young lady who took our reservation, our order( pre-placed) and then served us upon arrival was Amazing! The food was delicious and came out perfectly on time! Everything was made exactly liked order, no mistakes whatsoever. “My favorite Mexican spot in Wisconsin. Always so helpful and friendly. I always ordered the lengua, tripa and the beef cheek taco (I don’t remember the correct name for it). They are always so delicious and packed with cilantro and onions!!! My favorite time was a few months ago I ordered a steak taco without beans and they doubled the rice and steak for no extra charge. Was so yummy. You guys are so awesome!!!!!”

“My wife and I enjoyed a DELICIOUS breakfast this morning!! The staff, Kim and the cook were excellent and extremely friendly and welcoming! My eggs and hash were perfectly done to my request and my wife's French toast was decadent!! We highly recommend this establishment and there are many homemade items. Definitely coming back!”

“We decided to try a new place for fish fry tonight and it do NOT disappoint! I had the 2pc, 1 baked and 1 deep fried with a large side of baby reds. everything was seasoned perfectly. My boys each had french fries with their fish and they were crispy and hot. Even my hubby who is more of a baked fish guy decided to skip the usual and go deep fried, the plates were empty when the table was cleared. Our server was super friendly, fast, and paid attention to detail. We will definitely be going back to have many more fish fry Fridays here and checking out the other items available throughout the week!!! Great job Pour House”

The bartender was so nice and helpful. We loved her!!! We found this place by googling good Bloody Mary near me on a road trip and it was an awesome find! We will absolutely be back!”

“The smell as you walk in is so inviting! Fresh baked goods (yes, obviously it's a bakery) but the way it fills the space is so pleasant. Very friendly welcome in, and the cookies!! The cranberry chocolate chip was so soft, so buttery, and the balance between the tart cranberry to the rest of the cookie was spot on.
The 'wow' factor when I but into my cookie was heavenly. These cookies are great, definitely worth the calories, definitely worth their weight in gold. This will likely be my place to supply treats for future events :-)”

“We had our wedding this past weekend in Stevens point. Kathy and her crew from Chat-R-Box was amazing to work with. Kathy has a nice variety of meal options to choose from. They provided a very good taste testing experience. Once we decided what we wanted for our meal, she ensured that there would be extra food and not to worry, which there was. Come the wedding day they provided excellent service and even better food! We had multiple compliments from many guests on how good the chicken and the rest of the meal was. If you are looking for excellence food with great service at a reasonable price Chat-R-Box is the way to go! Would recommend them!”

“What an incredible place. I flew into Alexander Field today and wanted some coffee and a quick bite near the airport. Found Out of the Box on a google maps search and decided to check it out. The vanilla latte I had was wonderful. The chicken cordon bleu sandwich, complete with chips, was an amazing choice. And to top it all off, super friendly service!! Highly recommend OOTB!!”

“There is a lot to like about this place - friendly service, great atmosphere, well prepared cocktails and meat items.However, there are few negatives I hope they’d consider changing - 1) given that everyone is asked to order while sitting at the bar (which is great in a way that is so Wisconsin), cash-only at the bar area is quite puzzling. In fact, if it wasn’t cash-only I would’ve ordered more drinks for my party; 2) salad bar could use few more fresh items without mayo. The menu indicates salad bar as a standalone item would be $15. My bet is that every item on the bar can be bought for $15. 3) seafood items from shrimps to scallops were simply awful especially at that price point. Two people at our table did not finish their shrimps at the end of the meal and only ate their steaks.I really want to like this place. But at near $100 per person with cocktails, it is difficult to justify the cost given the quality issues.”

“We are local and since the opening we have enjoyed their amazing burgers often. Never a complaint! Perfectly cooked food, very nice wait staff, and of course the variety of beers and other drinks. The inventiveness of the chef with the always changing burger of the week, mac and cheese and specials is never ending. We can't wait to go again.”

The amount of food you get and the prices are better than most places as well.
Soooo many choices on the menu.
My husband had the all you can eat fish, I had a double cheeseburger.

“The staff was professional and friendly. The food was very good at a fair price. The parking lot on the side by the school is a bit narrow for backing out of the spaces. You have to be very careful backing out of the spaces if you have an SUV or larger, or use parking on the other side of the building.”

“Had an excellent breakfast from the drive thru. Had the pesto Flatbread and it was incredible. Ingredients were fresh, the food was warm, the wrapper was totally clean of grease so you know the staff keeps clean hands. We appreciated that they took the time to make sure everything was perfect. Also got a smoothie and it was pretty big, totally worth the price. Everything tasted really good.”

“We met for breakfast (4 adults and 1 child). We got our food in a reasonable amount of time and everything was good. Except for the biscuit (biscuits & gravy). You could tell it had been microwaved too long. It had definitely become an Elly Mae Biscuit. Note to the cook: Reheating biscuits too long makes them rock hard.”
