We met for breakfast (4 adults and 1 child). We got our food in a reasonable amount of time and everything was good. Except for the biscuit (biscuits & gravy). You could tell it had been microwaved too long. It had definitely become an Elly Mae Biscuit. Note to the cook: Reheating biscuits too long makes them rock hard.

What happened to customers come first? I ordered online and went in to pick it up. An older lady employee came from around the back and as I was telling her I was there for pick up she grabbed a bucket and cloth and went to wipe down a table. There were plenty of other clean tables and they were no customers besides me waiting, so not sure why she couldn’t help me first.
Then I got home and saw the pancakes. They are usually each the size of the to-go container. Attached...read full review

Perkins Restaurant & Bakery offers a delightful menu with consistent comfort food, including favorites like the senior menu’s porkchops and turkey with dressing, sirloin, skillets as omelets, and French silk pie. The food is very good and delicious, and the pies are still very good. The desserts are wonderful but high in calories and sugar. Service can sometimes be slow as they are short handed, and staff may talk in back at times, leaving customers to wait. However, the waiters and waitresses are friendly, funny, and exceptional, doing a fantastic job getting details right. One visit had a free chocolate milk for the wait, and when rice was out, fries were substituted. The host brought the bill down from $54 to $38 due to a fish mix-up. Overall, the staff makes up for changes, and this location provides the good service and food remembered from the chain. Highly recommended.
