Culver's Reviews
We are a busy family so we do a lot of drive-throughs. We eat at Culver's a few times a month and have been really disappointed lately. On our last FIVE trips in a row (yes FIVE!) part of our order has been missing, usually soup. I now feel the bags right away when they hand them to me to make sure the soup is there. Last night, I was really happy they gave me my soup for the first time in a long time! UNFORTUNATELY, I was halfway home when it dawned on me that the non-soup bag...read full review
We moved to Wisconsin Rapids about a year ago and have been disappointed with the quality of the Culvers. We came from a city with 3 different Culvers, all of which offered consistently good food and service. Wisconsin Rapids...not so much. But, since options are limited in WR, we've patronized the restaurant despite the somewhat substandard experience. Tonight's experience was by far the worst, though.

Culver's offers tasty food and excellent service, as highlighted by customers who appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant's cheese curds come highly recommended, and many find the service to be wonderful and fast, even during busy times. The drive-through is noted for being quick and easy, making it a great option for families, as they offer kids meals along with free ice cream tokens.
While the Reuben and fries are praised as delicious, there has been some disappointment regarding the lemon berry butter cake flavor of the day, which lacked the expected lemon sauce and cake pieces. The Culver's in Wisconsin Rapids is especially favored by some, with the Single Butterburger with cheese and large French fries being standout items. Customers have noted that the fries are hot and cooked perfectly, and the Butterburger is fresh with thick meat, living up to its description. However, there have been concerns about the milk served in Wisconsin coming from Arizona instead of local sources. Lastly, some customers believe that daily specials should be more clearly posted to avoid confusion at the order board.
