I had flown into Vespar, WI to visit my daughter, son in law and my wonderful 1 1/2 year old granddaughter. I took them out to breakfast. I've been to Perkins all over the US and always have a great experience. Here was no different. Actually, this is the first time I'd been with a very young child. The staff was magnificent. The server was there just enough to serve us and take the necessary family pictures and the food was AWESOME.Really great experience. Our server made sure that Wee Billie, my granddaughter, had plenty of crayons to amuse herself and us and the coffee was kept hot and full. There is something special about a Perkins breakfast. The food was great, the restaurant was very clean-including under the table which us important with a toddler around, and very professional and happy to be there staff.Once again Perkins goes above and beyond and allowed us to create another great memory with my granddaughter while eating a delicious meal.Well done Perkins!!Thank youKid-friendliness: They kept my granddaughter with plenty of artistic supplies which made her happy!!

The gentleman who was our host, sat us at the table, was VERY friendly and inviting. He was so personable and even bought 20 muffins for my daycare kids and gave 20 coloring sheets for valentines for the kids. VERY

Worst service EVER!!! I have been both a customer and a courier service through them and experiences ALL AROUND were horrendous. When I called to complain, I got chewed out about how it's busy and there's only 1 cook and 1 server. Was told, if I didn't like it, don't come back. I will ABSOLUTELY NOT come back.

I will preface everything I'm about to say by mentioning, it's Perkins and in my opinion it's just a Denny's with less punching. We walked into this surprisingly clean establishment to get some breakfast. The two waitresses looked at each other and rolled their eyes harder than my dad rolled his 67' Mustang in 85. They ignored us, almost teasing us with a quarter step in our direction occasionally. Eventually they seated us at a booth. The waitress came and took our order, as one does. From this point forward, she turned into a 5 star waitress! She checked in, made jokes, got my coffee. Overall, I felt about as welcome as I do at my homophobic uncle's house. The food however.. The pancakes had the density of clay. The eggs were served with shell. And the bacon made me consider veganism. I'm not saying I expect Grammy's famous homemade breakfast, but I could've microwaved a couple eggo waffles and threw them in the dishwasher and STILL preferred that. As my father would always remind me, "I'm not mad... just disappointed "
