I mobile order sometimes everyday since I drive thru the Rapids nearly daily. The staff is always so fast, polite, sweet, and friendly. They make the orders before the time the app gives me which is awesome. I order a customized cold brew and it's never an issue for them. I love it. I love how friendly the staff always is here. Instead of shutting the drive through window on you like most places do, they will stay and chat with you and ask what kind of plans you have for the day.
