“Apparently we arrived too early and they weren't even Open. However when I pulled up to the drive they expressed that they weren't open but would gladly take our order. To me that was going above and beyond and hands down best customer service . And did I mention their sandwiches oh my goodness , the freshness and the quality Is impeccable.I only have one issue, if you're going to work with food you need to not be wearing your pet hair loaded shirt? “I placed an order online for pick up and then called to verify the 'Special Instructions' were read and understood regarding food allergy precautions. I spoke with Jordan, and she was wonderful. Not only did she verify that she read the note regarding special instructions, but she showed understanding of what standard precautions needed to be made by telling me what necessary steps would be done, without me asking, to keep my daughter safe. This is a BIG DEAL for food allergy parents. People need to be more like Jordan. She deserves a gold star (5+ of them, actually), and a raise. Thank you, Jordan! “I've been going to this subway for over 5 years now. It's always been my favorite one in town for it's food quality, service, and convenience of this location. But 3 of the past four times I've been there they haven't had available my favorite and basically only sub I ever get, pizza sub. I don't know why but it seems like the marinara sauce is almost never available anymore. For most people this won't matter, five stars, but if you want a pizza sub or a meatball sub find a different subway.“

“The girl working today, I forgot her name I’m sorry. But she is always polite, quick, and friendly. She is always very nice and friendly every time we are there. She goes above and beyond for her customers. This girl needs a raise in books cause she is amazing and works quick and hard then most people today. She’s a keeper.“
“About an hour ago this rating would have been a lot lower. My order was made wrong and when I called the store to tell them the lady was extremely rude and I was instantly infeariated. This women was obstinant and asked me " what do you expect me to do about it." I was so angry I passed the phone off to my roommate so I wouldn't say anything I would regret. While driving back to get my dinner I was incredibly angry. My anger my subdued as soon as i met Sam. She came to the window apologized right away and informed me that the women I spoke to on the phone had walked out after the phone call. She re made our subs and gave us a dozen cookies.thank you sam, for being polite and handling the situation the way it should have been handled“
