“Tonight during their rush, I placed an order for a few sandwiches. 2 of em got messed up (no biggie, food service workers are human), so I brought em in to fix them. The manager on duty gave me the 2 sandwiches on the house, and gave me a free sandwich voucher for the mistake. For real one of the best experiences I’ve had to date. If you’re the manager and you’re reading this: thank you. I work for a rival of yours, and I appreciate the care, regardless on what was on my hat.“

“Nice JJs location, staff were friendly and helpful, food was good, and quick. The restaurant was clean, including clean bathrooms, and in a nice location with decent parking. Easy to get to from the highway when we were just passing through. We would definitely recommend this Jimmy John's location!“

“Today I was having a down day and went thru the drive thru to order and a 14 year old boy helped took my order and served me and left there with a great big smile on my face! What a gentleman and nice hard working young man😊! Hard to find that now days !! Keep doing what you’re doing young man !! You made my day brighter!!“

“I stopped in to buy a sanwich for. The girls fixed it for me and it was just the way I like it to be. This is most fantastic Subway I have ever been to. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Tha boss lady is very caring for her associates and customers. I will go to this Subway as long as I am here in Wausau!
