Our whole family, which includes 18 adults and 3 children, was there on December 27th to celebrate our mom’s birthday. The food & drinks were great, the staff were wonderful…friendly & efficient, and the atmosphere was amazing, like it always is. Was there on a Saturday night. The prime rib was ok, the ribs were good and the shrimp were good. Service on the other hand was terrible and slow. I understand staffing issues are a problem industry wide, but the the beverage service is severe bottleneck problem at this restaurant
We absolutely love dining here. The food is amazing and the staff are friendly. Lake Aire is a hidden gem!
