Hi Cravings team, I bought a coffee earlier today, and unfortunately, the lid wasn't sealed properly, causing it to spill in my cup holder. While I've never had this issue before, it was pretty frustrating to deal with. Could you please make sure the lids are secured tightly to prevent this from happening again?

Vanessa ( if that is her real name) needs to go! She is so rude and unhappy and has no problem letting everyone know. Every time she works she is rude, barking out my total to me, literally snatching my card out of my hand and slamming the window shut. EVERY TIME. And if she tells you to have a nice day, it's perfectly clear she doesn't mean it. I will continue to support this business until I'm able to craft my own at home caramel macchiato but I really hope this review gets to the owner of this establishment. Something needs to be done about her attitude.

The service here may be a little slower than other places but it's worth it. Their coffee is delicious! I don't know the name of the girl who has waited on us the last few times we were there but she's young as long dark hair and is the sweetest little girl in the world. If you don't tip her, you are a monster!

I love coming to cravings they have good prices and good coffee. The only thing I wish they had was food like bacon and eggs and breakfast sandwiches. That way I don't have to go to two different places. I really don't care for muffins and things like that. Overall I love coming here and will just continue to make two trips.

My God! I'm pretty sure they put cocaine in that cherry mocha! I've been flying high all day! I did two hours of weight training and ran 6 miles! My preworkout for now on is this coffee shop! They should sell this at GNC!

I stopped towards the end of the day and they were out of the drink I wanted. The barista apologized and gave me a token for a free coffee for my next visit! Plus they have the best iced chai around!!

I've lived in Rapids for 2.5 years and go through the drive-thru at least once a week. I've had fantastic service every single time. Even when they're so busy the line of cars is out to the street, the baristas are pleasant and friendly, and the line moves pretty fast. The coffee and chai are always delicious, and Cravings keeps the coffee menu interesting with a constant rotation of seasonal and holiday flavors. This is my favorite drive-thru coffee spot in Rapids, hands down.Cravings recently become one of my favorite work spots, too. Until this winter, I'd never gone inside -- I'm not sure why, maybe just because it looks so small/cramped from the outside. I was pleasantly surprised when I finally went in one afternoon. It's a lot bigger than it looks with two different levels, several rooms, and lots of little corners to hunker down in. The WiFi is strong and reliable, and the staff is friendly even if you hang out for 4 or 5 hours at a time, nursing a coffee while you work. The ambience is nice, and there's a lot of variety in the clientele -- people having business meetings, teenagers doing homework after school, retired people, folks like me who are working remotely. It's a great spot for all kinds of needs.
