My kids wanted Dunkin so I stopped, I ordered a 6pack of donuts. Asked for the any 4 med drinks deal they had. Told her just give me one of the each refresher flavors. She’s that was discontinued Dec 31. I told her well you guys have two signs for marketing out here. It’s Jan 2nd. She’s like sorry. That promotion has ended. Cool smh

I ordered thru door dash my driver got there at 714am waited 13 minutes for my order, I know this because doordash has to check in when they arrive take a picture with a time stamp when they receive the order from employees and then another picture when order is dropped off last week it was a 10 minute wait for 2 coffees , do you only have 2 employees working for a morning shift??if you don't want to handle doordash orders then don't offer this service

Horrible customer service!! Gave us half our order then proceeded to make other orders after ours. We waited 20 minutes for a single coffee. When we finally got the last order they slammed it on the counter and walked away without a word. This is very disappointing! I said “thank you” and got rude, dirty looks.

Terrible customer service today, sassy and cussing towards me. Threw my muffin in a bag without a napkin or anything and couldn't remember my order (2 items) compared to one other person who was waiting as well. Didn't end up getting the right muffin anyway so I wasn't able to eat it.i asked what muffins they had beforehand, and she said coffee and chocolate chip, I got the chocolate chip one and when I was about to eat it I noticed she gave me a blueberry muffin.... I'm allergic to blueberries. So, safe to say I won't return with anything nice to say to her
