The coffee was very good. The acoustics aren't very good. There were only 6 other people in the indoor seating area, and we had trouble visiting because of the echo. So we moved outside, which was much better for a conversation.

The staff are always nice and polite. The orders always come out good and when there was a problem one time it was fixed immediately I love this location.
It's okay. Definitely not the best donuts in town but someone gave me a gift card and I thought I'd try it. On the plus size, they do have selection and variety available, but the donuts aren't as tasty as other local options. For example, my apple fritter didn't have a single chunk of apple in it. What's the point then of an apple fritter?It was a bit noisy to hear the clerk explain the different pricing. Ended up spending more than the gift card. 10 donuts(4 "premium" 6 normal, ended up being just under $18.

Had issues with the app over charged on a classic donut. My drink spilt all over my vehicle even with the cover on very very irritated not including the time to clean up the mess.

I love pumpkin spice so much and the staff are great. They messed up my friends order and right away did a refund and corrected it. And i dont know if its new but the free donut with a drink is nice! And im loving the keychain <3
I will say I've been here a few time and every time has been a wonderful experience. I have never had bad service or a bad drink. They are always friendly and ask which options i would like and my service dog always gets a pup cup when we go through drive through she loves them.

So we came to the Wisconsin Rapids Dunkin Donuts. Went through the drive throughout. No one answered the drive through. We drove to the window. The person at the window had NO IDEA what to do. She stated I cannot put it in. She asked us to drive back through and wait in line again. We said no please just put in the order. She asked us to pull into the front and she will bring it out. No one ever came out. Waited and waited, no one. Went in and no one was working on the order. The easy solution was for someone to answer the order speaker. It truly amazes me that people cannot problem solve.

Served my kids week old expired Milk. Dirty. Didn’t listen, the 5 times I said both to the order taker and cook, no cheese; I was extremely clear, gave me a dirty look, rude, put cheese on anyway. Ignored me when I complained. Won’t be back.
