First, their website is the worst! The menu is nonexistent and there are no descriptions of their foods. Second, I ordered lo mein combo which every place else you go, and it used to be the same way at iSpoon, that a lo mein combo was with all different kinds of meat. Even Wikipedia describes lo mein combo as such. Not at iSpoon anymore, now a lo mein combo is lo mein and fried rice! Whoever heard of such a thing?!? There were only 6 little shrimp in the dish. Third their egg rolls were tough and cold and for four egg rolls they sent one little packet of hot mustard and one of plum sauce. I was so disappointed when I got my order. From now on I guess I’ll go there in person to place my order, that’s if I decide to even go back there.

The buffet was very good. Everything was fresh and hot. I was a bit disappointed the stuffed mushrooms or garlic bread was not replenished. I will definitely be returning.

I got 4 crazy kids and they made a mess I tried my best to keep the floor clean the staff was super nice about don't worry about it .... it happens and that reassurance is nice because I hate taking my 4 kids out to eat at restaurants its just chaos everytime! But the food was amazing my kids loved it as well did I definitely will be back!!♡

I have visited this restaurant on several occasions. Fare is quite consistent for Lunch & Dinner. The Dinner Buffet costs a little bit more but there are many different items that make it worth the price. I found that the table service people are very good at what they do and are friendly. Of course, I tip well because of that. The owners or managers at the cash register need to learn that a smile goes a long way in customer service.
