No stars. I work nights. Jimmy John's has delivered many Time to my work place. I call tonight may 8th 2025 at around 8:40pm. The manager answers and won't take my order and says it's up to the driver. Correct me if I'm wrong but u run a business to make money. And isn't the customer always right! There has been two occasions within a month now where if you place and order online and go to pick it up after 8pm they are out of French bread. It seems that they hit a point where they are too lazy to replenish.

We ordered our food and it took a little longer than expected. I would not advise getting the chicken bacon ranch sub as the bread was tough after toasting it.

Subs are good and orders accurate, but delivery can take anywhere from 10 mins to multiple hours.

They don’t make the order correctly. Then refuse a refund. Offered store credit, however after SEVERAL (including a catering order for a work event) horrible experiences I refuse to go back. I would rather go hungry than eat here again.

Had a #12 sandwich. Loved the combo of meat, cheese, and fresh cucumber and avocado. The bread was perfect as it was fresh, just the right amount of crunch and softness. I'll come back any time, especially when the staff is as friendly as our server, Josiah was.
We order Jimmy Johns at work 9 times out of 10 we have the same delivery driver who actually runs the food in to us. We get it because yall are freaky fast. He just makes ordering worth it!
Also bring back the kickin chicken. Thanks!
