They don’t make the order correctly. Then refuse a refund. Offered store credit, however after SEVERAL (including a catering order for a work event) horrible experiences I refuse to go back. I would rather go hungry than eat here again.

Ordered food and had to ask 3 times to repeat the order because speaker wasn’t loud enough especially with highway noise. Got home and had wrong sandwich. Called shop and was told to bring it back but told them I was 20 minutes away so they more or less told me tough luck. Very poor!!! Ed saylor

Had a #12 sandwich. Loved the combo of meat, cheese, and fresh cucumber and avocado. The bread was perfect as it was fresh, just the right amount of crunch and softness. I'll come back any time, especially when the staff is as friendly as our server, Josiah was.

We order Jimmy Johns at work 9 times out of 10 we have the same delivery driver who actually runs the food in to us. We get it because yall are freaky fast. He just makes ordering worth it!

This location is terrible. They always put half as much on the sandwich even when you ask for extra. Ordered extra cucumber and the entire sandwich had 3 small slices.
Ordered sandwich on the app. Picked it up at the drive through window. Opened it up when I got home,started eating an either it was made on day old bread or overcooked. I called and talked to the manager. She said thank for letting me know but there is nothing I can do. I told her I would not be back.

Ordered delivery several times in the last few months. On multiple occasions food has been missing from the order or incorrect. deliveries do not seem “freaky fast”. Waited over an hour for delivery to arrive.
