This location is terrible. They always put half as much on the sandwich even when you ask for extra. Ordered extra cucumber and the entire sandwich had 3 small slices.

Ordered sandwich on the app. Picked it up at the drive through window. Opened it up when I got home,started eating an either it was made on day old bread or overcooked. I called and talked to the manager. She said thank for letting me know but there is nothing I can do. I told her I would not be back.

Have always been a fan of Jimmy Johns, had a few hiccups with them over time, nothing major, but today takes the cake. First, I placed a delivery order for a coworker and I at 11:47 am. I forgot to take off tomatoes so I tried to call, called 10 times off of my cell and 5 times off the store phone. Half of them had a busy signal and the rest just no answer what so ever. Then it hits 12:10, already 20 minutes we've been waiting for "freaky fast" service. Our work place is only a block away from their store. Now it is 12:20, 30 minutes since our initial order had been placed, still continuing my 10th call I finally get an answer just for the worker to state that the driver is delivering on the completely other side of town and that we would be his next stop. So After waiting almost an hour for 2 kids combos our food was finally delivered. There was no apology or consideration for how long we waited. Considering there is already a delivery fee and tipped on the app there is NO excuse for a "freaky fast" delivery to take that long. oh yeah did i mention we were only 1 BLOCK away!? v upset and will not be returning for a good while.

This is the slowest drive thru in Rapids. Wait over 30 minutes but people who go in will be out and gone… used to be freaky fast like the commercials
Had to wait over 20 mins in the drive thru with only one car ahead of me that was there before I even pulled in to order. Had to repeat our order three times at the menu and two more times at the window for them to figure out which one was ours. I ordered a large Dr pepper. They didn't give us the drink and when we asked three times they gave me a large coke. Biggest headache at a Jimmy John's to date. And last week I stopped midday (said online they were open) and no one answered the drive through or window when I drove by 10 mins later people were there.

I’ve been here 10 minutes standing at the counter waiting to be acknowledged. Employees work incredibly slow and enjoy standing around. Came here as I am in a hurry and JJ advertises / promotes “freaky fast” service. This has been the opposite of my experience and will avoid this location in the future (I am close to 15 min in and am still waiting on them make my order with 5 employees behind counter and I am the only one in the store!).
