Hours say they’re open until 11PM, 7 cars in the drive thru lane and they proceed to tell everyone they’re closed (it was 8:45PM). Either update your hours or stay open until it says you’re open.

DON'T order online after 7! I placed an order for +$40 worth of food without issue or warning. I got to th restaurant to pick up the food, AND THERE WAS NO FOOD! They said they were low on staff, but the place was crawling with employees inside and outside. No refund available. No recourse. JUST THEFT! It was just 'Sorry about your luck, there's nothing we can (will) do. 2 hours before they closed. ABSOLUTE THEFT!

Waited a long time for four simple tacos. 35 mins for tacos. And only one other car there at the time. Stopped by again at dinner time and ordered the same thing and this time it was 25 mins no one else was there and the meat was cold

Went thru the drive thru & ordered 8 piece meal. Then noticed the smaller sign at the top of the large sign. 10 piece meal & same price. Tried to switch it & the sides had to be French fries which I didn’t want & “it couldn’t be changed.” The sign didn’t say that but to no avail. Gave up & left. Lady at the window smug when I picked up the order. Got home & no biscuits. Never again!

I went into lobby for DoorDash at 8pm and both employees on the floor made eye contact with me and walked away.Bout 5 minutes later I’m being told “my manager wants me to tell you the lobby is closed.” No signs were posted saying so and the doors were obviously not locked. I then went to drive thru with only 2 cars ahead of me and waited 45 minutes. Not a single car was pulled forward. I get to the window and was told the DoorDash order has been ready for a while?! And one of the employees was speaking to another bout “we’re just not going to do any chicken for the rest of the night” wtf??? Yet i couldn’t wait for it in the lobby for whatever reason and had to deliver cold food?! Not to mention the lobby was disgusting and 3 employees stood out back smoking and talking almost the entire time I was in drive thru and the line was only growing by the minute.

Food is always very tasty. Drive-thru people are very snippy and short. What’s up with charging people for water cups now? Water is supposed to be free so you charge for your cup which is so dumb obviously not the employees fault.

Associates worked quickly on our orders. Chicken for me and tacos for my granddaughter were perfect after a successful shopping trip. Everything was good tasting and correct temp.

Why can't you order online for KFC & Taco Bell? You can order kfc in Rapids.. but not taco bell.. unless you go through door dash and pay more per item.. on thier website a crunch wrap is $5 something.. on door dash it's over $8.. then your still expected to give the drivers a decent tip. If both are in the same building.. same drive through.. you should be able to order both online at the same time also. Fix this!

I wish there was a zero star option. I ordered online and arrived 5 minutes past my pickup time and was told that I had to wait for 30 minutes for my order. I was told that they don't have food laying out like McDonald's and was talked to very rudely. That I was told that they don't do refunds. And if I wanted a refund I would have to call the 1-800 number from the KFC website after calling the 1-800 number, which sounded like I was talking to a guy from another country that I could barely understand but he said unless I was waiting for an hour I wouldn't get a refund and that he would submit a claim to the higher-ups. All this for a $10 purchase. I will never ever be back to this restaurant again! Also, I've never seen a place with so many one-star reviews in all my life!
