Totally the worst ever waited the 10 minutes they said it'd take then after about 15 minutes they came outside said it'd be another 8 minutes then finally got our food and went home and they had the order wrong. Didnt want gravy on the one bowl we ordered didnt see it when we looked at it but it was under the top layer of chicken. What a joke it even said on the receipt no gravy.

Tried to stop tonight to get food. Waited for someone to talk to me in drive through and no one even acknowledged me. Drove up to window and employees were just eating without a care in the world. No wonder this place had gone 100% downhill. Left and went to checkers that at least takes care of their customers!

Sat in line for over an hour. The woman taking the order didn’t even know they had a family meal with chicken fingers. Food sitting on the counter and people standing around. Will never go back.

Not a regular customer. The lady that started my order was helpful and polite, but I guess they wanted to close drive thru early (but didn't tell me that). No forks. Half of my chicken was cut up and seemed to be missing. Manager seemed disappointed when I chose something they didn't have made due to closing early, which she still didn't tell me. Person behind me and I waited while they cooked it. When I pulled around again to get a fork they ignored me gor a good minute or two while they were standing around chatting and when I received about 6 sets of silverware for my one mashed potato it seemed like the guy thought I should have known better. Hopefully I didn't ruin their day too bad 😆. Next time I'll be sure to call ahead just in case

Don't order from here if you value your time and/or money.

I placed an order online at 7:15. I drove the couple blocks over to pick up the food and got there maybe three minutes later. There was a sign on the door saying the lobby had closed at 7, so I got in the drive thru to pick up my order. As I sat in the drive thru, my order status was changed to complete about 10-15 minutes after ordering. I am not exaggerating when I say, there were maybe five cars, including me, in the line, and of those five cars only two of them even got to place an order at the speaker and get their food (I hope). I sat in the drive thru for 45 minutes, never even reaching the speaker before the employees started closing things up at 8.

When I finally was able to reach the window to pick up my order, they yelled through the locked window that they were closed. I told them I had an online order that said it was ready, and the employee went into the lobby to check the rack. She then came back and confirmed my order name to me (I never even gave her my name), before proceeding to tell me they never got my order. I asked why my order has said it's been done for the last 30 minutes, and she then changed her reasoning and told me that they were out of chicken... Didn't offer any other explanation and left me to go on my way. I'm fairly certain one of the employees was already eating my order after I wasn't able to pick it up on time due to only the fault of this location.

I don't even know if I'll get my money back either, seeing as how my order was marked as ready for pickup. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Don't order from this location.

Don't even bother with this place. Orderered took 20 minutes and then didn't even get the right food. Waited more time and the food is cold. Why bother with the reopen if it's still going to be bad?

Hours say they’re open until 11PM, 7 cars in the drive thru lane and they proceed to tell everyone they’re closed (it was 8:45PM). Either update your hours or stay open until it says you’re open.

DON'T order online after 7! I placed an order for +$40 worth of food without issue or warning. I got to th restaurant to pick up the food, AND THERE WAS NO FOOD! They said they were low on staff, but the place was crawling with employees inside and outside. No refund available. No recourse. JUST THEFT! It was just 'Sorry about your luck, there's nothing we can (will) do. 2 hours before they closed. ABSOLUTE THEFT!

Waited a long time for four simple tacos. 35 mins for tacos. And only one other car there at the time. Stopped by again at dinner time and ordered the same thing and this time it was 25 mins no one else was there and the meat was cold
