This is the only Papa Murphy's location I seem to have an issue with. Twice now I have put an order in at this location for an online pickup order. I put the order in at 3:15. It was set to be picked up at 4:45. I show up at 4:45 and they haven't even started making my pizzas yet. Next time I experience this at this location I will be causing a scene. And I will be contacting franchise owners and Corporate if I have too. It appears that no one at this location seems to be working as a team.

we were in there tonight to get our order when the lead manager couldnt fine our order he blew us off and asked us to leave when we got mad he gave that our order was given to another person he asked to leave and waved us off so we got mad like what the heck would u do we called at 2 pm and came in at 4 like we said what would you do your thoughts

Their website ordering platform hardly matches what is available at the actual location. Had multiple orders where an item I had ordered was later out of stock at pick up.

I ordered and paid for 2 pizzas online at 5:15 it said my order would be done 5:45. I showed up in the drive thru to be told that my order was going to be another hour before they could get it done I asked if they could call me when it was done. An hour later no call so I tried calling no answer phones unplugged. I get to the store and my pizza still wasn’t made. I was told when they started making it that they were out of the sauce I requested on it. I said that would have been nice to know the first time I came here. I then asked them to make it with regular sauce and was told they were out of one of the toppings. They replaced it with more of a different topping. I get home to find out it was missing another topping. It was kind of shocking for a business to screw up an order they had over 2 hours to prepare and no mention of any type of making it right! Probably won’t be back for a long while. Also I used to work there back in high school and ik you are supposed to change ur gloves when touching anything but the pizza you are working on. These employees were all over the place touching the counters phones freezer in the back drive thru window then back to working on pizzas gross! And 4 employees working and dishes are more important than getting orders out. Not really how I remembered it going poor service!!

Ordered on-line a stuffed big Murphy & specifically said "NO GRN PEPPERS" as I'm allergic to them! It's covered with them! My receipt also states this!Wow, I have a $31 pizza I can't eat! Now what & NO ONE WILL ANSWER YOUR DAMN PHONE!

Pizza orders are never done in the time they say they’ll be done. I always have to wait 20 min (beyond the time they say they’re to be ready) plus, even had to wait an hour. Orders have been misplaced. Employees have been rude when they mess up an order and have been refused or they fuss to take coupons when I have in store coupons.I have had good experiences there but more bad than good. We go back because we like the food.Management needs to step in and make some changes.

Love getting yelled at by staff for expressing my frustration About my experience. I was there for 15 minutes and wasn't even acknowledged. The staff were wearing grungy Street clothes. Repeated touched their faces and didn't replace gloves after and before going back to pizzas. Totally different when you go to Plover.... they are in dress code and are prompt and polite.
