Pizza Hut

Order is never wrong, food is hot and cooked properly, and the delivery guys are always polite.

We ordered cheese breadsticks, water and a soda. The water and soda was not filled up to the top like most places. I asked for my marinara sauce to be hot he brought us a cold one. I said we needed two and this one was cold. He brought 2 more and both cold. My friend said it was ok but I wanted one at least warm. He came back again but not any warmer. My friend asked for a manager. After waiting several minutes I went up to the counter. She was busy cooking etc, I guess it was only her the waiter and one other person working. She said Pizza Hut quit heating up the sauce 3 yrs ago. She could put it in the hot box for 5 minutes to warm it up. I said ok but by then our breadsticks would be cold. She said they would make more breadsticks. I said ok. When the waiter brought the sauce he brought regular breadsticks not cheese ones. The sauce really wasn't any warmer. I asked the mgr what happened to the cheese breadsticks she said you didn't say they were cheese. I didn't know I had to tell her what kind. I asked for a personal pan meat lover's pizza to go and I would tell the waiter when I wanted it to be put in. Twenty minutes later he brought it out and I said I told you I would let you know when I wanted it to be put in. The mgr said usually when people say later they want it 20 minutes later so that's what she did. I will NEVER go back to Pizza Hut again. Several other people in the restaurant had their orders wrong as well. She gave me a 20% discount but I think the breadsticks should have been free.

We are very displeased with our pizzas that we got tonight. First of all we didn’t get the pizzas we ordered. Second there wasn’t any sauce on the pizzas, the crust was thinner than a piece of paper and very dry, and overly cooked. We paid $30.00 for pizzas that were discusting.

My friend called to order me a pizza, he had to look at my address, but the guy on the phone hung up on him when he went to look at my address!

Order was completely wrong and I called twice and could never talk with anyone! Put me on hold for 15 minutes and finally gave up. First time they hung up on me.

Food was good place could use a good cleaning and a new trash can in the men's rest room

This is the second time I ordered a build your own pizza, paid extra for toppings, and received a standard pizza with the wrong sauce, overcooked yet somehow only luke warm.

Absolutely rude !! Didn't even get to order drinks and walked out. Never going back

I bought the family size box with 2 pizzas, chicken wings, and bread sticks. Amazing and defiantly will buy again. The delivery man was amazing and very friendly. Ty for the excellent service. Customer service was poor. Worker was having a conversation with another employee while giving us our food. Not to mention we sat at the drive thru for 10 minutes. Which was 20 minutes after my email stated my order was ready.

Didn't get the order correct. Tried to refund me less money than the item cost

terrible service. usually get cold food and lots of time don't even receive all you order. avoid this particular pizza hut....

Waited over and hour for delivery, called to just check on it person who answered was very rude and had no clue what was going on and then just hung up on us. Extremely unprofessional and just rude.
