I haven't sat down in a Pizza Hut for a long time, just order online. We only order every so often, but the last couple of times, our order has been incredibly late. This last time was only an hour, but the food was still warm. I'm not one of those that complains about service, because I know they have a job to do, but when I order food at 11:30, and it doesn't get to my house until almost 1 pm, I have a problem with that.

Ordered Pizza online, as their store opened at 11. I had a delivery time of 11:45am. At 12:15pm, I decided to take the drive there to see what was going on. THE STORE WAS LOCKED UP TIGHT! No one there. I have been on the phone since, trying to get my money back, but again, no one answering. I called Dominos, my food was in my hands in 20 minutes. I was hoping with the new building and location things would get better, but seems like they got worse.

Ever since I was a little girl, I have loved Pizza Hut pan style crust Supreme. The location on 8th St. in Wisconsin Rapids now takes me right back to those days. It is delicious every time and the customer service there is awesome!

Terrible. The last two times I’ve ordered Pizza Hut for the family we’ve had to wait two hours for them to deliver and once delivered the pizza was poorly cut and sloppy. Plus to top it off the food was hardly warm. Delivery driver was also rude. Tried calling to see what was going on and no one ever answers either.

Food arrived Simi cooked/raw, then forgot one of my sodas, when called them they had a attitude.
Dietary restrictions: Asked for food to be cooked all the way.
Order was over an hour late, was missing half of the order, and the delivery driver was very rude.

I don’t order online because it asks for a tip and if the cook sees there is no tip then it’s safe to say your order won’t be made with love. Instead with hate. I’ll explain the animosity extended . So I ordered on the phone, picked up with credit card and had to sign the receipt, also asking for a tip. And this review is for Pizza Hut as a whole also, why do you think I should have to tip the crew for making my pizza? Isn’t that their job? Are you not paying them enough? I worked there for one week a couple years ago for $10 an hour. And I did a great job but the money is obviously not enough to live on, let alone get to and from work. So as I put my pizza in the passenger seat I can hear the guy crumbling the receipt up. If this isn’t pure entertainment I don’t know what is. I mean don’t they usually keep that receipt? I don’t know I could be wrong, I could be an a$$hole for this review. Then to top it off I get home and no 2x ranch I ordered totaling $1.50 and for at least the 3rd time my pizza is half crust. View photos and determine for yourself. Now Im looking into contacting a general manager because last time they credited almost my whole order because I complained. I’m not looking for free food I’m looking for presentable food made with love and respect. We eat Pizza Hut quite a bit (view pic) and would like to see more of our pizzas made correctly because I’m sure this isn’t the type of pizza they want going out the door. Definitely dosent look like the ones on their commercials. Have a good day and I’m gonna go eat some more pizza?

Stopped in for a pick up order. Very nice people, well managed, clean, and the pizza was perfect.
The pizza was very good! It included a nice sauce, a tasty crust, and a reasonable amount of toppings. Service was fast and friendly.
