Delivery of barely warm pizza and boneless chicken where all the breading was off the chicken. Worst part was over $30 for a large pizza and 4 boneless wings. Never again!

This place is hit or miss, and lately it's just been bad. It took an hour and a half to get our order of one large pizza, all to find it wasn't baked long enough and the crust was doughy.

Made an online order and called when I arrived for curbside pickup, I was told “we will be out with it shortly” I then sat for 20 minutes waiting for my food before going inside to see it sitting out and ready. When I walked in I made eye contact with multiple employees, who were standing around in the back talking, and none of them greeted me, until a few minutes later a special needs kid kindly greeted me and gave me my food. Wish I could leave 0 stars, sad to see grown people can’t do a simple job and make a disabled kid do everything for them while they talk.

Food cold never have that happen before but the reason we wanted it cus the chick is better and frys but not when there cold its dominos from now on
i placed an online order an hour before they closed and the online tracker estimated it would be there at 10:27 but the status didn’t change for a while so i tried calling because they closed in 15 minutes at that point and i got no answer so i called back and still no answer. i called 10 times waiting a minute between each call and got transferred to a pizza hut call center who transferred my call back to the store at this point it was 11:20 and they had been closed for 20 minutes but they finally answered the phone and told me my driver left already and he should be there any minute so i went to wait outside in the cold because the tracker was useless at that point and he still took 15 minutes to get there after the phone call 1000% recommend just going to pick it up yourself if you don’t want your food to be cold

Ordered a big dinner box and both pizza's were definitely underdone. Had to continue cooking them in my own oven at home to save them. Just disappointing.

I ordered the Stuffed Crust and Wings deal as shown on TV. The ordering process was quick and efficient, the delivery was absolutely on time as promised. But the pizza was AWFUL! It was limp as a noodle and undercooked. I haven't sampled the wings and frankly if they're anything like the pizza, they'll be thrown in the trash like the pizza. When Pizza Hut changed from sit down restaurants to Pick up/ delivery stores, the quality of the food dropped like a rock. From now on when I want pizza, I'll buy a frozen pie and cook it myself.

Ordered a $70 order that included SODA for delivery. Didn't get it. Sent delivery person back but took just as long for our soda as it did or pizzas etc. Tipped 20% before we realized no drinks. What's pizza without soda. Check your orders pizza hut!!!
