Gabe replace my caramel ribbing crunch because they put whipped cream on it the first time. He did it with no hesitation and was glad to serve me. Thank you gabe for what I expect from Starbucks and their customer service you guys are great

I was a regular, frequent customer at this location until this past Sunday when I placed my order at the drive-thru and the barista responded "shocking" in a sarcastic manner after I placed my order, then tried to pass it off as a joke. Pretty sure she was a manager too. How completely unprofessional and embarrassing for her.

We placed our order and then had to wait almost 1 hour for our order. When we asked how much longer after about 30 minutes they they said "I don't know." We were not warned before we ordered how backed up they were. They seemed to get the drive thru people through at a decent speed but there was an entire lobby full of people who waited for an hour. Some people left and some said they couldn't wait any longer and they bumped their drinks ahead of others. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Parking: When the drive thru is backed up you cannot even back out of your parking spot.

Terrible service today! I knew it was bogo but that should not be an excuse for the horrible service today. Went in the store because drive thru was full and I stupidly thought it might be quicker to go in the store. Boy, was I wrong! Took my order, got my money and there I sat for 45 minutes! All the tables were full of people waiting for their orders. Absolutely no one had a beverage or food. They just kept catering to the drive thru, because of course all the people in the store had already paid . I have gone here multiple times and have never had such poor service as this. No one even acknowledged any of us waiting, no we’re so sorry , your drinks should be out soon. NOTHING! I finally couldn’t wait any longer and asked for my money back and the lady at the register had no clue how to credit me so I walked out and did it through the app. Just flabbergasted at how the manager allows this horrible customer service.

I love how friendly the staff always is here. Instead of shutting the drive through window on you like most places do, they will stay and chat with you and ask what kind of plans you have for the day.
