I used to love this location, but it has gone downhill a little in the last couple of years. Management needs to retrain the staff on how to steam milk. I'm not even exaggerating when I say that every single time I get a hot drink from this location, the milk is oversteamed and burnt. Usually due to leftover milk from a previous steam being reheated and used for another drink. Anyone who has ever worked coffee knows the taste and it is awful! One sip and it goes right into the trash. Speaking from a barista of many years. If I can shed some positivity though, the staff is very polite and the iced drinks aren't bad. Just had to leave a review as someone who loves and prefers hot drinks. Don't oversteam! Be careful ❤️

I’ve gotten 3 different frappes the last couple of times I’ve been there and every single one tastes off. Two of the times it tastes burnt and now the third time it just tastes straight awful. I’m very disappointed because I waste money on these drinks and I used my points on the last one which was sad bc it was just a waste of saving up those points.

I have a coupon for a handcrafted drink, when I got to the drive thru window to pay the guy said the coupon was not in my account I showed him my phone and the coupon and he tried again, said no is not there sorry, instead of doing the right thing and entering the discount manually. Terrible customer service. This happened today 6/5/25

I love Starbucks iced lattes, with extra shots of espresso and without sweeteners. I usually order a Venti, and drink it over a 2 hour trip. So, I enjoy a decent amount of ice, even though I've never had to ask for extra, even on hot days. Today, I ordered a Grande for a 30 minute drive. From the very start, my drink tasted watered down, and it looked like they're using tiny cubes, similar to crushed ice. Small cubes melt quicker! Maybe it's always been this way and I never noticed before. Or, maybe it sat too long at the drive thru line. But, I actually lost the desire to drink a 3rd of the cup because it was so watery, and for $8, that makes me cringe.
The service was slow today, despite ordering ahead on the app. The server was very friendly. I'm grateful they were open today, because there's been many times they've been closed during the day.

Even at the drive thru the baristas are friendly and get to know you. It seems like they have been well coached in customer service and they work to build relationships with their customers. I love that.

I came in with a group of friends, after placing mobile orders. Immediately the employees seemed rude and just mad that we were there. We all had bagels and many of us didn’t have the cream cheese we paid $1.25 for. It seemed like the employees didn’t really know what they were doing and who seemed to be the “manager” was so rude immediately. There were dirty looks and they were just overall so rude from the beginning. Super dissatisfied as every starbucks I’ve ever been to has been friendly and a good experience. Just really disappointing.

Gabe replace my caramel ribbing crunch because they put whipped cream on it the first time. He did it with no hesitation and was glad to serve me. Thank you gabe for what I expect from Starbucks and their customer service you guys are great
