They didn't fill the order properly. I had to order my own food in the drive-thru on a screen and nobody asked if maybe we needed some help or something. They should at least acknowledge you when you pull up. You can't even see the workers from the drive-thru window so you don't even know if anybody's in there.

Showed up at 8:02 and other leaving customers told us we could still order through the drive thru, after being rushed through and the drive home we realize the sauces on the sandwiches are literally seeping through the paper. (Both supposed to be regular amount) onions on both sandwiches which we never ordered, asked for extra jalapeños, instead got an ungodly amount of pickles and a couple jalapeños. Just had to make a review before trying to enjoy my room temp soggy subway sandwich. 🙃

I never received my applesauce, cheese dip, mayo, or extra meat. Paid 40$ for my family to eat and everyone’s meal was messed up.

Asked for my subs to be toasted and they lied and said it was, when indeed it wasn’t.
The staff is awesome, and I always find someone to talk to because people in Rapids are so friendly.
Waste of money. Bread was as hard as a brick even after being toasted. Ill never eat here again.
Iv order from there few time and theres always something wrong with my oder i called for frist time to day cuz they put jalapeños peppers on my sub and im allergie to them and i got hung up on and no attempt to fix it my sub was xtera cheese and meat with pickles i got this and i do cut mine up in to smaller bit sizes so not i did not eat ot all either
Ate here once with my Daughter and LOVED it. Good food and great new place. Will gladly stop in again!
Says they’re open until 9pm. I showed up at 8:40pm, 01/29/25, to dots locked, everything being cleaned and put away for the evening…. And, naturally, the OPEN sign still on and shining bright.
I’ll assume they’ve got idiots running the place. It IS Rapids after all. Lol

Clean but staff seems less than thrilled to be working. Usually complaining or, at some points, throwing empty bottles behind them. Last few times the sandwiches have either had no sauce or have been drowned in sauce, online order btw. Will start ordering at a different location.
Seems Management doesn't have any idea how to talk to employees or customers. If I were to deal either of the above I would have neither. Food was ok and what I would have expected "ish" from this store. I normally avoid it from past experience. Gave it another chance. NEVER AGAIN unless franchise changes.

Dillon was very helpful and nice. I couldn't have asked for better service. I have dealt with him twice and he's been nothing but considerate and accommodating. He's a keeper. Thankyou from chelsea. A raise maybe!
