I stopped by this Subway today and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. The manager on duty was extremely rude and disrespectful. When I politely asked if she could change her gloves since I’m vegetarian, she started yelling loudly and even spoke harshly to her co-worker in front of us.It made the whole atmosphere very uncomfortable.
On the positive side, one of the employees, Kiran, was very kind and professional, and I really appreciated her attitude. However, the manager’s behavior was unacceptable and made the visit very disappointing.
The manager here was very disrespectful and thought it was fun to pick an argument with me when all I wanted was to get my food. Wouldn't recommend going here at all.

Went here just after opening bc wife was hangry. Was served cold soup and then got locked in bathroom bc doorknob was broken, originally was locked out of BR.

Employee was very rude to me in front of my children, tried to make my food without gloves on, and tried to start an argument insinuating that I was stupid. Absolutely horrendous service. This person should be fired for how they behave and treat people.

Locked door before closing time. Unable to personalize sub on drive through kiosk, which made it inedible for my daughter. A little customer service goes a long way.

Stingy. I ordered a sub and asked for extra jalapeño. The lady making my sub placed a total of six slices on my sub. I the asked for an extra cup of jalapeño and she gave me exactly 3 slices. I know that the store is purchasing in bulk so a big 1 gallon can probably cost $20 bucks or less. According to this lady who made my sub, who won’t give me her name and claims to be the manager and owner, said per corporate they say only put 3 slices of jalapeño per 6 in sub. This is bs… Subway restaurants are franchised and not corporately owned. So her corporate excuse was nothing but white lies. You can run your store as you see fit. I have never been to such a stingy and rude subway. The whole time she was adding condiments to my sub she kept saying… and anything else in the most annoying and unkind voice. All the other condiments placed in my sub were very minimal also. I kept asking her to add more. I’ve never been treated like this at a subway before. The attitude of the owner and her way of operating her business… she won’t be in business for long. That’s why she can’t keep any employees. Her work ethic is probably as bad as her attitude. She is a dictator. She kept barking at the cashier about the orders. The teenage cashier seemed new and was getting anxious and overwhelmed having to enter in everyone’s order. I do not recommend this place. Avoid it like a curse unless you want to be ripped off. I guess this subway is not about keeping customers but it’s about deterring repeat customers. The owner is squawking over penny’s…

The employees at this location make you feel like you are inconveniencing them by coming in. I just walked in with my son, the workers family was there and she seemed angry that she had to work. After firing off 100 questions to us rapid fire and rudely and barely allowing us to answer them, she preceded to get upset because she toasted a sandwich that we didn’t want toasted. I was close to just walking out, but I had a family set on subway. We will drive further to go to one of the other locations in the future.
Drive through. The cashier had an attitude when I told her she had the wrong order. The sub was fresh and delicious, though.
This location violates the Americans with Disabilities Act by refusing service to those with service dogs. The incompetent pieces of garbage that run the place need to be fired, and the franchise put out of business.

Very real customer service today lady was not wearing a name tag and was more concerned about my disabled handicap, sticker more than placing my order and would not give her name would not recommend going here
Short,skinny young dude is extremely rude. Every time I go in there when he is working he is very snippy not only to customers but his coworkers as well. The way he acts is very childish and disrespectful. Slamming things around,mumbling and rolling his eyes is uncalled for especially in front of customers. If he hates his job so much there’s plenty of other options in town to choose from!!!
Sandwiches ordered were meager in vegetables with only three kinds of them to be added. The knife was dropped on the floor without being cleaned before sandwich was cut. Thought we were a problem or seemed to be inconvenient to be there. Would probably look to another franchise and unfortunate being so close to the establishment. Asked if the cost was more would pay for it to add more but seemed ignored. Just disappointed in the result. Understand overhead and cost but not winning customer satisfaction is a no win.
Be aware: the new manager is extremely rude. I gave it a second chance and she was the same way. I'm not coming back.
