The employees at this location make you feel like you are inconveniencing them by coming in. I just walked in with my son, the workers family was there and she seemed angry that she had to work. After firing off 100 questions to us rapid fire and rudely and barely allowing us to answer them, she preceded to get upset because she toasted a sandwich that we didn’t want toasted. I was close to just walking out, but I had a family set on subway. We will drive further to go to one of the other locations in the future.

Drive through. The cashier had an attitude when I told her she had the wrong order. The sub was fresh and delicious, though.

This location violates the Americans with Disabilities Act by refusing service to those with service dogs. The incompetent pieces of garbage that run the place need to be fired, and the franchise put out of business.

Short,skinny young dude is extremely rude. Every time I go in there when he is working he is very snippy not only to customers but his coworkers as well. The way he acts is very childish and disrespectful. Slamming things around,mumbling and rolling his eyes is uncalled for especially in front of customers. If he hates his job so much there’s plenty of other options in town to choose from!!!

Sandwiches ordered were meager in vegetables with only three kinds of them to be added. The knife was dropped on the floor without being cleaned before sandwich was cut. Thought we were a problem or seemed to be inconvenient to be there. Would probably look to another franchise and unfortunate being so close to the establishment. Asked if the cost was more would pay for it to add more but seemed ignored. Just disappointed in the result. Understand overhead and cost but not winning customer satisfaction is a no win.

I stopped into this subway. at the 8th Street in w
Wisconsin Rapids multiple times. On my visits I have had the unfortunate experience of being waiting on by the manager. She is rude , condescending extremely unfriendly and short. She doesn’t appear to like her job even a little bit.
This time I stopped in she was the same as previous visits. The difference is this time I walked out. I’m not gonna go to a place that does not appreciate my business and makes me feel like she’s doing me a favor by being there.
I will no longer stop at this subway on eighth Street in Wisconsin Rapids.

I’m very disappointed with my recent order, there was nothing for toppings put on the sandwich’s. I guess this is how this subway is going to save money too. Not to mention you can tell subway subs are like half the size they use to be. Which wouldn’t or isn’t necessarily a bad thing. However maybe the price should be half as well?I’m willing to bet this is how all these restaurants in Wisconsin Rapids are saving money and still making a killing( Or at least the owners are), amazing so disappointed. I didn’t realize lettuce was that expensive!

I’m glad there’s so many bad fast food places in Wisconsin Rapids though. I’ve literally stopped eating fast food because of the price and quality, so I guess I should be saying thank you in a weird way. Because every time it happens I DON’T go back.

Chips Hamburgers, Culver’s, and Papa Murphy’s are the only places left for me that seem to do you right and give you quality food. Wow does Wisconsin Rapids fast food suck. I really hope people start following suit and do what I’m doing. Who knows maybe we’ll all live a little longer because of simple choices, like not giving in to corporate greed (owners)while the rest of us suffer.

I’m not trying to bad mouth all the places that serve food in Wisconsin Rapids, there are good places to eat, but far and few!

I am irritated with what I have experienced and do apologize if people read this as just a rant, I’m just being honest.

FYI best subway is in Plainfield if you’re ever close by!!

I'm writing to bring to your attention an issue with an online order placed by my peer. Unfortunately, the ordering system didn't provide an option to select a preferred pickup time. When I called to rectify the situation, I was disappointed with the tone and mannerisms of the representative who answered.
As a former Subway employee, I understand the importance of providing excellent customer service. I was taken aback by the rudeness I experienced, especially considering that a tip was left for the staff.
I hope you'll take my feedback constructively and provide additional training to your staff on the importance of courteous communication with customers.

Had the steak and garlic sub with the crunchies on top and all my favorite veggies. Delicious! Sorry, no photos. I consumed my samich in a unladylike manner.

I asked for extra onions and green peppers and she gave me two. I asked for more she gave me two. I commented that she was being conservative on her portions and was told that they’re supposed to use only so much. That was a first for me She added bacon to my salad. I didn’t ask for it, but it was missing from my husband‘s sandwich. Using the app to pay with a gift card is not easy and like most of my other encounters, the staff checking you out don’t know where to find it on the app either.Generally, overall, not a pleasant experience.
