Horrible experience. Went thru drive thru. Waited for 40 minutes while only two people were in the restaurant. Thankfully tho once we got our food both of our sandwiches were wrong. Went to McDonald’s immediately after

I asked for onions and I literally got 5 SMALL strands of onions. At first I didnt mind because every sandwich maker is different but then I asked for more onions and the guy gave me literally ONE small broken onion. I asked for jalapeños and he gave me 4-5 jalapeños. I asked for extra jalapeños and he gave me ONE jalapeño. Not coming to this location again. Please train your employees on better portions. I didnt mind that subway's prices are higher than what it used to be but I am not happy about paying for something that is not worth it.

I bought 12 inch sub and lacks lot of veggies. Gone up to register to pay and the kid tells me.... can you tell i was not budging on the veggies? Like what!? You gave me not much at all!!

If I could put zero stars I would. I ordered 4 Sammy's. Spent $50. All of my Sammy's were completely wrong. They got the meat and the bread right and that was it. I let them know there was none of the toppings on it that I asked for and the lady, Trista said there's nothing she can do I would have to wait to get ahold of Lily the manager. I asked when would be a good time and she said you never know. She made excuses for her illy trained people that were left there alone untrained as Trista just returned to close the store. Why are untrained people being left there by themselves? Trista said $50 wasn't waited cause I atleast have Sammy's, which blew my mind. A SAMMY WITH ONLY MEAT AND BREAD THATS IT!!!! DO BETTER!!

I went in to get a sub today and the lady there barely put lettuce on my sub, i had to ask for more black olives because she only put a couple on, when I asked for extra mayo she didn’t put barely on, so I had to ask for more she proceeded to put a little squirt on my sub and at that point I was irritated. I said something and she said “maam i did put extra” i don’t think i will be going here again, very stingy with the condiments.

Lettuce on my sandwiches was borderline rotten, when brought to the attention of staff there (man & woman) they both shook their heads and acted as if I was a major inconvenience for them. I should have turned around and left but thought they might attack me and cause my blood pressure to go too high.
Please do better, older women such as myself shouldn’t have to worry about ordering food here.
Good luck to the franchisee whoever it is.

I ordered online and got my subs just a little later than the app said, which is no problem. . But when I got my food I noticed one sub was not made correctly and missing ingredients. When I called the store a mail answered the phone and once I said what my issue was he said in a very rude tone/way “what am I supposed to do about that?” Oh i don’t know fix it or give a credit on my next order. He was completely rude for no reason and acted like he did not care about his job. This location needs to do better with their employees!!!

I stopped by this Subway today and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. The manager on duty was extremely rude and disrespectful. When I politely asked if she could change her gloves since I’m vegetarian, she started yelling loudly and even spoke harshly to her co-worker in front of us.It made the whole atmosphere very uncomfortable.

On the positive side, one of the employees, Kiran, was very kind and professional, and I really appreciated her attitude. However, the manager’s behavior was unacceptable and made the visit very disappointing.

Employee was very rude to me in front of my children, tried to make my food without gloves on, and tried to start an argument insinuating that I was stupid. Absolutely horrendous service. This person should be fired for how they behave and treat people.

Stingy. I ordered a sub and asked for extra jalapeño. The lady making my sub placed a total of six slices on my sub. I the asked for an extra cup of jalapeño and she gave me exactly 3 slices. I know that the store is purchasing in bulk so a big 1 gallon can probably cost $20 bucks or less. According to this lady who made my sub, who won’t give me her name and claims to be the manager and owner, said per corporate they say only put 3 slices of jalapeño per 6 in sub. This is bs… Subway restaurants are franchised and not corporately owned. So her corporate excuse was nothing but white lies. You can run your store as you see fit. I have never been to such a stingy and rude subway. The whole time she was adding condiments to my sub she kept saying… and anything else in the most annoying and unkind voice. All the other condiments placed in my sub were very minimal also. I kept asking her to add more. I’ve never been treated like this at a subway before. The attitude of the owner and her way of operating her business… she won’t be in business for long. That’s why she can’t keep any employees. Her work ethic is probably as bad as her attitude. She is a dictator. She kept barking at the cashier about the orders. The teenage cashier seemed new and was getting anxious and overwhelmed having to enter in everyone’s order. I do not recommend this place. Avoid it like a curse unless you want to be ripped off. I guess this subway is not about keeping customers but it’s about deterring repeat customers. The owner is squawking over penny’s…
