If I didn’t have to pick a star I wouldn’t have. We sat in the drive thru for 30min and never even made it up to order. Employees were outside in the parking lot in their cars smoking. Looks great when there is about 10 cars in the drive through and the lobby was closed so that was not an option either. Asked to speak to a manger when I called and I got hung up on. Absolutely will never be back to this location.

The manager for night shift after 3 people were waiting to order closed the lobby and then employees were yelling over the speaker at the drive thru about having guns in the store

Ordered on the app so I could quickly pick up some food. I intentionally waited until a few minutes past my estimated pick up time so I didn't have to wait at the restaurant.. only to find out the lobby is closed and you can't even pick up mobile orders inside. So to the drive-thru I go, with 8 cars in front of me.. when they are generally pathetically slow when there are only 2 cars in line. I would have gone elsewhere if I didn't already pay for my order. I just hope my food wasn't made when the order came in, otherwise it'll be cold before I can get to the window.

Nobody answered the drive-through for a good 2 or 3 min. Ended up pulling to the window to see everyone chatting at the counter. The guy came to the window and apologized, saying, "we are just busy." I pulled around and went inside to find three people in the dining area, all of which had their food already. Didn't look very "busy" to me. Then I noticed the same guy put on the drive-through headset. I guess he never had it on while I was waiting in the drive-through earlier. Lazy.

Avoid this place at all costs. There are typically staffing issues which results in either poor food quality, or a very small selection. What kind of KFC doesn't have chicken, Rapids KFC.
I walked into the store at 10:30 when they opened ordered some food sat down to eat i noticed where you get your drinks at there was paper staw holders and some other gross stuff in the canal that spilled soda would go in disgusting then went to bathroom and no change in there I just hope I don't get food poisoning I would seriously recommend the health department to investigate this poorly ran establishment it is disgusting

The service was decent at the drive-thru. The items we ordered appeared to have been made fresh, which is great. We didn't get any sauce, though, and that was disappointing. We ordered crunch wraps. They were made lopsided....all the sour cream piled on one side with a little lettuce and such and the other side of it held the meat and tiny bit of everything else. Rather disappointing in all.
