You'll stand in the lobby for way too long while workers holler and fight with each other and run around like headless chickens. The woman taking my order turned her head to holler at another chick behind her in the middle of my order. Then she ran away and didn't take my cash so there I stood aimlessly for another few minutes. Not a very inviting atmosphere whatsoever. The foods alright, typical for a kfc or taco bell. Just make sure your order is right. But this place either needs more staff, or better staff.

Please for the love of god do not eat here. They have no clue what they are doing. Are order was completely wrong twice. And ended up spending 40$ on food we didnt even order.
We order pintos and cheese and tacos. To start the pintos were so runny it was like eating soup! My friends dorito tacos looked as if someone stomped on them! My tacos tasted old and I could taste cinnamon twists which I didn't even order!! Everything was freezing cold as well!! Everytime I eat here, especially after re-opening, it gets worse and worse! The food is awful and hopefully someone doesn't get ill eating at this place!!
I went through the drive thru and was not even treated just aggressively told to order whenever then asked after everything I said if I was done yet. Then to sit in line for an hour. Watched several employees taking breaks and getting an awful pungent smell. I then went inside to see absolutely no staff around doing anything. Everything was dirty. Nobody greeted me. When someone finally came to the counter she smelled and looked as if she did not take care of herself. I was completely utterly disappointed and disturbed with the fact that this establishment is allowed to even reopen. The staff is beyond disrespectful and higher than hell on something. Can't even complete normal tasks. I stood up front for 15 minutes before anyone asked me if I needed anything. Then when I told them I was in the drive thru waiting for an hour they tried to argue with me and tell me I was not there. I told them to forget about it and left. Thank God I didn't get any food especially after reading these reviews and meeting the staff.

We went through the drive thru, they kept messing up our order. Received our food and it was still wrong. When we went to eat our food, horrible! I normally love Taco Bell and we could not finish the food and threw the entire meal away! Lettuce was sour and hard shells tasted like straight up fryer oil! Disgusting! There were black chunks on my husbands burrito. Just unacceptable

Everything was stale and old, obviously under the heat lamp since they opened and tortillas from an open package the day before likely, as they only get stale like that if they've been open for more than a day. I used to work at taco bell so its not hard to tell these folks are not following food safety procedures, which is insane considering TB is normally super strict about when to toss food but the franchise owner clearly doesn't care as they don't get enough customers for it to even be worth it. Chips had been under the heat lamps for hours, same with the chalupas. Tostada was so stale it was chewy and hard to the point it hurt my teeth instead of crunchy. The food was disgusting. Definitely listen to everyone who has said this place is terrible. I've never been here and unfortunately gave it the benefit of doubt.

NO GRUBHUB ORDERS ACCEPTED ANYMORE
Quiet place to eat in. Was clean. I had ordered thru grub hub but they do not do orders through them anymore. Shower then my order and bill. Even though they didn't get it through on their end the lady and gentlemen made it for me.

Went there a couple nights ago and spent 30$ for me to not eat any of the food. The Mexican pizza and the chips for the chips and cheese tasted like chemicals, I paid for the dorito loco supreme and it only had meat and cheese in it and my fiancés potato tacos maybe had 3 potatoes in each of them. Please clean fryers!

To start this off wait time was horrible staff was all over the place asked twice for some sauce and just got ignored. Then midway through eating the lobby emptied and the manager locked the door to prevent more people from coming in and it wasn't even 6 in the afternoon yet when leaving we had to unlock the door ourselves in order to leave the food wasn't horrible but is not what im used to and the atmosphere from the staff was just horrible

The worst fast food restaurant I’ve ever been in. First time I was there it took over 45 minutes just to get a single burrito. Second time they were closed during there regular hours to be open. Now the third time I was in a line and the wait time would be for an hour. Would not classify this restaurant as a “fast” food restaurant and is a disgrace to the company of Taco Bell and KFC. It would be better if they closed the restaurant to have incompetent service. I was not the only customer that walked out of the restaurant without buying anything due to the consistent long wait time tonight.

The food was great. The mountain dew sweet lightning was very horrible, and I do mean horrible. Also, it was very cold in this restaurant. I did talk with the manager a few days later, and she did fix the drink problem
