They always mess up my order to the point I only order from them once a year to see if they're still bad.
Today in 2025, was my yearly check. Still bad. Honestly, it's the worst Taco Bell in existence. This year, they forgot half my order.
I'll update this post again next year to see if they're still bad. Probably.

Had checked the current boxes on the taco bell website before I stopped and it was saying it would cost me $0.10 to upgrade to a large drink but switching from chicken to beef wouldn't cost anything but at this location they didn't charge me for the drink upcharge but instead charged me $0.60 to downgrade to the beef and then proceeded to give me the chicken I paid to not get

I can’t believe this place is still open…I had to argue for one of my drinks I ordered, they forgot 3 out of my 6 Tacos.. and the tocos we received were completely soggy and in pieces. Not to mention they’re NEVER open when they’re supposed to be. I cannot believe this place is still open. Whoever runs this place should be ashamed

My husband went to go get us food at 8:50 PM got to the ordering screen by 9:00 PM and they said they just closed at 9 PM even though their hours say they’re open until 11 PM. This happens constantly at this restaurant and they close at random different hours depending on when they don’t feel like working anymore I’ve gone there at 7 PM and they are closed. The food is awful. The customer service is awful. I have waited over one hour after I paid for my food at the front of the store for them to bring out my food.
Not sure why, but they continuously close whenever they want to, regardless of what their hours say. I don’t understand why management or owner has not put a stop to this. Very unprofessional as a “business”. The employees are also incredibly unprofessional and rude.

If I didn’t have to pick a star I wouldn’t have. We sat in the drive thru for 30min and never even made it up to order. Employees were outside in the parking lot in their cars smoking. Looks great when there is about 10 cars in the drive through and the lobby was closed so that was not an option either. Asked to speak to a manger when I called and I got hung up on. Absolutely will never be back to this location.
