The new layout totally sucks. You need more cashiers then self checkouts because the self checkouts are ridiculous. Need to hire workers that are not on a power trip when they are a manager. You have a male manager that is so rude no matter how nice you are trying to explain something you seen and what the sign said and he went off with a bad attitude and acts like he’s the boss ?♀️ you have workers that have no idea where stuff is and will not help locate it ? stop moving sh!t around so much. And that so called subway that’s there is awful. The workers there are sooo rude and eye roll ya and they don’t even ask if you want it toasted and when say please toast it! They roll there eyes and say ugh ? hello you chose the job? I will definitely not come back to that subway anymore cause every time we go it’s always met with rudeness!!!! Your Walmart sucks and you need more cashiers not self check outs cause we don’t get paid to bag our own stuff. You need to let your workers know it’s ok to help someone locate an item or take them to where it is. This pointing and saying it’s over there and mid level on the shelf is not the right answer. You can do better if you try harder but like many say it’s Walmart and not to expect greatness.

Need more Electric Carts that works and they need a better bathroom setup for people in wheelchairs for a while could not even go to the bathroom when they were remodeling which I feel discriminated against and I'm sure others do too. need to be open 24/7

The children workers at subway are extremely hostile and rude and just all around very unpleasant, was very disrespectful to my 12y old autistic sister who just wanted to order a sandwich.
On 6/11/24, many items did NOT have prices on them. This is NOT acceptable! Also, many store brand food items were unavailable. The new grocery layout makes NO sense. Things that should be near each other are now in different areas. Overall, whatever they are doing is making shopping worse, not better.

The head manager is great. The store continues to improve in every way. Shout out to Ken and Andy in the automotive department too! The delivery/pick up department is also way better now that Perry is no longer at the Wisconsin Rapids location! Great job management!
