Best barbecue we’ve had in a LOOONG time! Actually, may be the best barbecue we’ve ever had. We love barbecue. And, we travel all over the United States for work so we’ve visited many barbecue restaurants. The brisket at BB was off the charts with flavor, tenderness, and portion size. My husband and I both ordered a 1/4# and it was easily more than a 1/4# of some of the best brisket you’ll ever eat. And, we snagged some really cute stickers before we left 😉! The special barbecue cheese curds were pretty yummy too!

Food is always fantastic, the woman taking orders at the front counter needs some customer service skills or just find another profession. She ruined the whole day, by being a snot. I have referred people to go here to eat, maybe a while before I go back. Don’t need the snotty attitude even if the food is good .

Absolutely, amazing, amazing barbecue! The brisket is delish, the pulled pork is so tender and flavorful, smoked turkey is moist and perfect. I haven't had the sausage but I imagine it's just as good. Then to boot, their fries are ridiculous and potato salad is solid too. If you're driving by, you'll smell it before you see it. Stop by!!

We came in when it was relatively busy and raining, and were so glad to be able to grab a table. The woman who took our order was super nice and polite. I was excited to try out the chicken pita and I was not disappointed! Wow, what a gem, the flavor was so rich, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. We had a group of 4, and the food was very quick and accurate. When we finished I also got a ‘to go’ order and once again the woman was super kind and patient with me as my brother was texting me his order. I really appreciate that! Very clean establishment, the employees were extremely quick to wipe up tables as people were coming and going.
Thanks for a great experience, you guys all look like you work your tail off.

We've been coming up to Minocqua for years and it was our 1st time stopping by this place. This is some of the best BBQ we've ever had in Wisconsin. The place is super small and has a nice vibe. Kind of that hole in the wall bar type feel IMO but the food is excellent! They have plenty of sauces to choose from as well and all were delicious.
We definitely plan to be back multiple times during our yearly stay, I highly recommend this place!

This Atmosphere is Magnificent and Peacefu.l Jessica was the Sweetest Coolest order taker of our Delicious Smoked Chicken , brisket, ribs potato salad and coleslaw was the very Best Meal in my Life they get a Million 🌟 Stars 🌟 We will be back many times!!

This place is a hard NO! They're using green wood to smoke, because it's cheap. The beans are way too smokey, the slaw wasn't good either, The briscut cooked too fast and was dry and so was the other meats. The only thing I liked was the loaded potato salad. There's just something about throwing green wood into a smoker that totally turns my stomach. I've spent 35 years in the South and I know this place would never not ever survive there. Way too many tannions left in the wood. You can see the wood outside and the bark is still stuck on it from the road
