Constantly have to make sure that they make my order correctly because the children there don't know how to read or follow simple directions. I am honestly quite tired of having to constantly come back in and tell them that my order is wrong.

Took a road trip to the Northwoods last week. Stopped at this Culver's for supper on Thursday (6/5) . It was very busy but the service was great!!! Our cashier, Emma, did a wonderful job. She was friendly and efficient. Found a table, and barely sat down when our food was delivered. Even tho it was a busy time, the restaurant was extremely clean, the service was prompt, & the burgers were delicious. Another friendly, very pleasant staff person ,Emily, came over to check on us. Emily was also the staff person who delivered our custards. She definitely knows what great customer service is all about!! Thanks for a tasty meal and a very happy dining experience. : )

Minocqua Wi Culver’s is a delight to eat at. They greet you with a welcome and a smile. The restaurant is very clean!!! This is very much appreciated!! Come by as you are eating to see if you are doing ok. Top notch wanting the best for their customers!

The mushroom swiss double was delicious. Super fast delivery of our food. John was a hustler with the table deliveries. Such a nice pleasant server.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m a big fan of Culver’s. I usually have a good experience each time I’ve visited..today was a different story. Medium busy but only one person at the register taking orders. Lots of customers in a very slow moving line. Took several attempts to get my order right. Took a long time but food finally arrived at table. The double butter burger looked like it had been in a tornado judging by the way it looked. The beef patties were practically entirely off the bun which was totally covered with mayo, cheese and other ingredients was almost impossible to hold. Not a very good sandwich…due to crowd, length of time to re-order, I chose not to. Might not be returning to this Culver’s…..well, maybe for the custard…☹️

Absolutely love this place every time we come although today at precisely 10:45 AM did not care for the female employee that decided to yell across the restaurant to another coworker while we were eating I found that very rude and very disrespectful to those of us who were trying to sit and have a nice meal
