Food was great the service was very good but after the check was given us we gave her a 13%tip and she asked us if we didn't like the service. She said we didn't tip her enough. Takes guts....

My husband and I were in there on Sept 14th . The waitress saw us walk thru the door , she was outside smoking. We waited at out table as she just ignored us. I finally had to wave her down. Her and the bartender ignored us. We are regulars and always tip well. We hate to stop going here . Last time I was here I bought my family here and again ignored by the staff, we walked out finally. I saw the waitresses sitting at the bar that had recently finished their shift not once did they tell the sever hey you have a table .!! Really disappointed!! Sit at the bar ! It's the only chance of service .

Paid 20 bucks for the jukebox thing, couldn’t hear it unless stood by door. We got there around 6:30 had a 30 minute wait, then ordered our food. Food didn’t arrive until 8pm!! The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Food was mediocre. Ordered cheese curds, never got them! Thankfully they were taken off the bill. I think this night may have just been too busy and all of these things are linked to the busyness. However if people pay for the jukebox, let them listen to it instead of other songs playing at the same time!
Arrived at 8:50, were seated at a booth, and a few minutes later were told that the kitchen was closed, even though the posted hours for kitchen were up until 9 pm. Wait staff harassed me and told me to go to Culver’s when I asked why their kitchen was closed before 9. Very rude staff and again, another example of why young people have lost the meaning of what it means to work and be good to your customers.

This is the 2nd time this summer that the food and service were terrible. Waitress was very rude, short, and talked to us with attitude. Ordered simple food for a quick easy meal, shrimp basket and fries, and a wrap and fries. The shrimp came out 10 minutes before the wrap meal. Shrimp and fries were ice cold and soggy. The wrap arrived which was ice cold in the middle (prime rib) and fries ice cold. 15-20 minutes went by before we seen our waitress, I asked her how long our food sat before she delivered it ? She told me well.. a few minutes ,why? I explained how everything was cold . She turned around and left. A few minutes later she came back with more attitude and said she can remake the meal, but doesn’t have the authority to not charge us. We have been there almost an hour by this time, and they were NOT that busy. We declined for the meal to be remade , and she brought the bill which had an appetizer mark 50% off. So I paid 45.00 for an ice cold meal delivered with attitude . Look, you are in the Northwoods, it’s summertime, I get you can get busy. But serving ice cold food, then having an attitude about it is unacceptable. Not sure what’s going on with businesses up here anymore. Will never be back.
