Pizza and food in general were very good here. Had a deluxe pizza, it was perfect. Prices are decent. The restaurant was clean but not that big, and has a decent amount of parking. The staff was very nice

Having lived in the Northwoods for the last six years I have driven past Monica’s hundreds of times I have seen the number of cars there and it always looked too busy to stop in or order to go. Well last Tuesday, October 21st I finally ordered a sausage, mushroom and green pepper pizza to go. Along with some garlic bread.
I really wanted to like it but it just wasn’t any good. Neither the pizza or garlic bread had any flavor. Plus the undercarriage of the crust was not completely done.
I have traveled coast to coast and border to border for over 50 years and have experienced pizza everywhere and this was actually one of, if not the most disappointing pizzas I’ve ever had. It literally tasted like a cheap frozen pizza

We were glad to finally happen upon a place where the employees made us feel at ease and welcomed. We had the pan style Italian special pizza and it was delicious. We plan on going back to try their spaghetti and breadsticks!

If I could give 0 stars for service I would. I can't rate the food unfortunately because we never received any food after waiting for an hour. The server lost our order, didn't apologize and half heartedly took it a second time. We waited 10 minutes longer without receiving anything, then left. The manager argued with me rather than apologize when I told her we were leaving after waiting so long. My main regret is staying there as long as we did to give this place a chance. Never again Monicals. Shame on me for waiting so long. Shame on you for everything else.
