I can't say anyone is to blame for the lesser review, they made it very clear that we should lower our expectations due to the lack of staff. I really enjoyed our waitress but unfortunately I couldn't make up for the mistakes in our food, the salmon was raw, the country fried chicken turned into a sausage, the green peas turned into green beans, and the food came fairly cold. But no one was to blame for the mistakes, it was entirely on the situation they're in, but I still expected better from them, and it's an unfortunate thing to happen to this place, but our food came 30-45 minutes after order and we were the one of 5 tables seated. Overall dissatisfied with how it turned out, but again I blame no human how it had gone.

This place uses staffing shortages and COVID as a excuse for everything, but the truth is it's been this way for years. My wife and I where there a few weeks ago, we where seated and after 15 minutes are order was taken we waited a hour and never checked on are drinks where empty and food never came. I had to get to work so we left. Today a called for a Togo order and was told " we have the rotory club here and can not do Togo orders, you can come in and eat if you'd like" what a joke. As I drove out of town there was about 8 cars they're hardly busy. I wonder if upper management knows that they turn customers away just because they are lazy.

They have posted a professionally printed sign explaining staffing issues and asking for patience. There were several people waiting to be seated. NOBODY greeted us or even made eye contact. I would suggest, greeting, seating and offering a beverage while we waited for a waitress. We left and went to Culver's where we were greeted and served. Culver's was very busy but gave great service and good food.

Arrived and they had a disclaimer signs that said they were short staffed and thanks to the employees who showed up for work today. Should have been red flag. We were seated by hostess and she took and brought drink order. We then waiting over 20 minutes being totally ignored by the wait staff. Finally asked for to go cups for drinks and left. There were more employees than customers in the store at noon on Mother’s Day. Again red flag number two When the rest of the cafe’s were packed. If you can’t provide minimal assistance to potential customers it’s time to close!!! I frequent area and will never return!!!

Staff was friendly, food was fast and good. Disappointed in new menu thought they'd have a better variety. But understand with the price of things going up.

Go ANYWHERE else to eat. Our group of 4 were met at the door, we were still outside, and told "you know we close at 3:00pm?". It was 2:04 pm, they were still serving people inside. We pointed out that it was an hour before close, the rude older woman that met us at the door disgustedly shook her head and walked away. They were not cleaning off tables, dirty plates left on many tables. Long story short, the fried eggs were broken and hard, they ran out of bacon and sausage so we were served half portions of what was described on the menu. This Perkins has a very serious management issue, the local health department would do well to take a look in their kitchen,We left at 2:38. We barely touched our meals and when we asked the young girl at the register to speak with manager we were told there was no manager on site today. After looking at other reviews it appears Perkins management is not concerned that people who dine here will NEVER spend their money with Perkins again.Looking for to seeing this Perkins permanately closing.

This is a place that brings back warm memories of breakfasts with Mom. Due to limited staff, the service is slower, but always pleasant and the food is simple & delicious.

Open 6 AM until 8 PM unless they tape a sign on the front door saying closed. This was 10:50 AM on a Sunday. The parking lot was about half full, and plenty of people at the tables eating. No explanation, just "Sorry, we're closed." As far as I am concerned, they are now permanently closed. Customer service used to mean something, apparently not there.

The waitress Tammra, was probably one of the best I have ever had. Very attentive to her customers, Great personality and very friendly. Food was good. I will come here again.

We were surprised to go to a restaurant that is known for pancakes and learn that they had no pancakes. Apparently, there were "supply chain" issues. I had a mediocre 2-egg omelet. My husband orderered an omelet and.the waitress told us the.cook had put in the wrong.ingrefients so we had an additional wait. I felt bad for our waitress who was very nice. Won't be back.

My husband and I went here 2 days ago for my birthday. We were sat and asked what she could get started for us. We said 2 waters and a coffee. Well, she never came back with our drinks. Meanwhile we sat there while she was cleaning tables. We didn't get anything to drink until the waitress came about 10 minutes later. There only appeared to be a couple servers but it wasn't that busy. The food isn't as good as it used to be. I ordered the Magnificent 7 (2 eggs, 3 pancakes, and 2 bacon) The eggs were over cooked so much so that they were dry.

Waited a hour n a half to get cold food, there was only two other tables in the restaurant. Yet they seated me inbetween the two. Honestly worst experience I’ve had. Not too mention the hair that was in my eggs and even besides that the meal wasn’t even what I ordered. Honestly I can’t believe I paid for that. And the host, don’t get me started. A real treat, just kidding.

Everytime I’ve been to this place it’s been less than mediocre. Service was slow, our waitress didn’t even wait on us besides bringing us our food, the hostess was our actual waiter. Waited a long time to take our order, bring us our food, which was cold, and my bf had hair in his eggs…Ive worked food service before and know what it’s like to be short handed, but I will not be back until staff isn’t so short handed and food is back up to food safe quality.
