Inviting northwoods atmosphere with booth seating, high top bar stools, and outside deck seating. Classic hardtop wooden tables, some sports memorabilia, and signage on the walls. Food and beverage prices are reasonable. Average burger costs $13.00 and comes with a choice of chippers or fries. Domestic beer costs $3.75 and $5.25 for a Old Fashion. The bar can provide a wide variety of drinks. There are dozens of burger choices. Staff are friendly and seem to enjoy their job. However, when burgers were served to our party of 2. The burgers were freshly made but served cold and not considered traditional form with the ciabatta buns used. It looked and tasted like something from a fast food establishment instead of a place that specializes in burgers. Overall, will be back for the drinks and their Friday night fish fry but not their burgers.
Meh. Fake chicken, chips are ok, burger was good, the place not so special, parking is limited while down in a hole.
Overall pretty good, interesting bun choice on most of their burgers. I would suggest for specializing in burgers the buns should be toasted for a minute or 2 in my opinion. Other than that it was pretty good and I would come back.
My burger was good enough, the one served to my wife was nearly raw, wait staff said that was too bad. There were twenty some dollars worth of drinks and the wrong food on the bill brought to us, hopefully that is corrected. Spending the week in the area, unlikely to return here.
Very clean atmosphere, nice waiter and very good fast service. It even had a couple trivia games on each table for the wait! Food was amazing and so many options for burgers and a few other items. Prices pretty typical as well!
Really good food! Service was great and the bill was reasonable. All in all a great place to eat!
First time here. The smells are amazing. I have to say the burger menu is pretty awesome. I had the sticky burger and Chippers. Homemade potato chips and they are so yummy!! The burger was very tasty and flavorful. Also had the walleye fingers those were really good as well not to thick of breading. Backyard games and patio seating. Only two picnic tables and stools along the other side of the deck.
They do have a bar as well which is tucked in looks nice.
Definitely a great place to grab a burger!
Very good fish fry.
We were excited to try this place—it smelled incredible, and we walked in ready to spend and enjoy ourselves. But apparently having two kids in high chairs was too much for them. We were told it would block the aisle and that “my boss will get mad,” but honestly, it felt like the staff just didn’t want us there. The vibe was clear: families with young kids aren’t welcome. It’s a shame, because it probably is a great place—just not if you’re bringing anything less than a perfectly curated adult dining party. Two stars because it smelled like somewhere worth eating. Too bad we’ll never know.

Great local place with great food and nice, very attentive staff. Too bad it was the last day of the season, we wanted to try more of the local favorites.

Great tasting burgers and I don't like burgers, staff was super friendly and accomodating, they welcome our furry baby in the back patio deck. I want to go back soon!!!

We waited patiently for 45 min just to have the waitress tell us that she never put in our order.
