“Great Place! Friendly Staff and Great Food!“

“Recently played RSPGL on the start of our 4 day golf trip. The course was in excellent condition and played as advertised. I also want to compliment the Crosswind Grille. We decided to have a late lunch before continuing our trek and the food was deemed excellent by everyone. I personally tried the Ahi Tuna Taco dish on recommendation and it was fantastic! Great job Chef Melissa Nelson (and staff). You knocked that one out of the park.“

“I like the chef salad. They cube the ham nice and small, but there is plenty of it. I want to try the grilled chicken chef salad. This brunch place is not fancy, but if you are in the area, it is a good place to stop with your grandchild for a kids meal. Wish they had wraps!“

“Great supper club that doesn't get the recognition of others in the area. Staff and owners were very friendly. Drinks were properly mixed and plentiful. Salad bar was well stocked with all the necessities. Steaks came out sizzling hot, as did the side dishes. Hours listed are correct, but owners suggest calling ahead to make sure they are still open close to listed closing times. If slow, they sometimes close early.“

“Had lunch with my family today. Food and service were great! I do want to give a shout out at the manager (I think!?) My 9 year old had trouble getting some food down and I sprang up to help him on his side of the table. She noticed me jumping up to help and was behind us within seconds asking if we were ok. He did eventually get it up on his own-- but she was amazing in recognizing an issue and tending to it right away. Much appreciated!“

“A couple friends and I went for our first visit to road trip for bingo this evening and it was a lot of fun! There was a group of people there when I arrived who showed me the ropes for bingo and invited me to sit with them. They made me feel right at home within my first 5 steps in the door! I ordered the Thai chili chicken wings for wing weds special and they were seasoned perfectly and really tasty with a perfect crisp. Service was excellent, the bartender was pleasant, attentive, and had a nice smile. The owner is really nice too! Fun times & We will be back! Cozy place for comfort food and mingling with nice people.“

“I order on the app for in store pick up (to avoid chances of longer lines) several times a week and always order the same thing. Hit or miss on how well it’s prepared but usually it is fine. Not the best, not the worst. I’ve had to wait beyond latest pick up time a handful of times to see them engrossed in conversation and I end up late to my appointment. Not the end of the world but is frustrating at the time. This is completely not their fault (I imagine) but why does it still smell so bad in the front?! Makes me sick so I avoid breathing while walking in or go thru the side door. Noticed it since day one as I’ve been coming since they opened and thought it was new building stuff but not so much at this point.“

“We went as a family of 3 and we were seated after ordering drinks from the bar. There was a meat raffle going on & we got there before the rush for dinner.

We ordered the family meal of chicken and fish. Wow toooooo much food for 3 people. And then when we barely made a dent in it and were ready for the check we asked about a box and were told we weren't supposed to take the leftovers. Probably should have a disclaimer that small party's ordering family style meal is a TON of food. Especially since we're not supposed to have any leftovers to take home. ??‍♀️

WHAT?! WHAT KIND OF ABSURDITY IS THIS?! You provide way too much food-literally every inch of the table had a dish on it of food and our plates. And we're paying a pretty penny for the family meal and we can't take what we have on the table? We didn't order 2nds of anything. The food will get dumped, it cannot be given to other customers, workers can't eat it, so why can't we take it?!!

None of that was said to the waitress of course. Our conversation when we left. The waitress was kind and said I'm sorry, not supposed to let you but here's a box to take some home. Thankful for her kindness.

Which there were only 2 of waitresses-with 5 bussers who don't/can't do anything else? Maybe you should train them & let them take plates away and provide drinks when there's not enough wait staff? We waited forever for refills and the food wasn't all going to be consumed by us so we were not priority I guess. She did her best for being 1 of 2. Still ridiculous.

If we return we know never to order the family style meal ever again not unless we have a large party. The food was good. But definitely need to rethink the no leftovers for family meals and letting bussers gain more skills by helping when short-staffed.“

“Awful customer service and cold, stale food, misleading delivery on website. Ordered delivery, paid including delivery fee and tip, got a delivery time estimate but then... nothing. I called after an hour and a half, thinking they were running behind, and they said they don't deliver but my order was sitting at the counter. Cold. I picked it up and asked for the delivery fee and tip back, and the person said that she would have the manager contact me because she couldn't do it and walked away. (Never got a call or tip and delivery back.)“

“I am here every week with friends for Thursday night Karaoke with Debbie. She is by far the best karaoke in the area. I really want to focus, though, on April, the ultimate server!! She knows all of our regular drinks, she is very attentive, and she is always a major part of making the whole atmosphere more welcoming and fun! She is one of the main reasons I look forward to coming to Plank. She is such a warm, caring person, and her care of her customers is second to none!“
