“Always a favorite. Today, I watched a worker bring her dog to the gardens for the “going out with a bang” celebration. When I tell you I cried…I cried. The staff - so understanding. And their dog had an amazing meal with the people it loved most. My husband and I immediately went home to our dogs. The food and drinks - amazing as always. The community, just beautiful. And to the lady spending her last evening with her beloved dog. My heart goes out to you.“

“Kroll’s West is a good local spot with consistently great service and a decent menu that has something for just about everyone. The staff is always friendly, attentive, and makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. The restaurant is also always very clean and well-kept, which definitely adds to the overall experience and makes it a comfortable place to sit down and enjoy a meal.

The food is good, and the burgers are definitely one of the highlights. You can tell they’ve built a strong reputation over the years and it’s easy to see why so many people keep coming back. The quality has always been solid whenever I’ve stopped in.

My only real complaint would be the pricing. While the food is enjoyable, it does feel a bit expensive for what you’re getting, and that’s probably the biggest reason I don’t come here as often as I otherwise would. If the prices were just a little more reasonable, this would easily become a much more frequent stop for me. That said, it’s still a nice place with good food, great service, and an overall positive experience.“
