“talking to PR cambodia - the Napalese Lounge has NEVER been anything but professional in working with customers. I have been going there for more than 30 years - I've bartended, I've performed, and I've been a customer. I've been through 3 owners - Mel Locke, Annie and now Butchy and Stacy. I have never seen them anything but professional - Butchy is a great bartender and owner. he's always talking to customers and trying to help them fit in what ever niche they need. If you had a problem with the owner, you should probably look inward and see what you might have done to alienate the staff and how you can change your experience for a more positive one. Butchy is a phenomenal owner and bartender. I hope you can stop in and try the Naps again. They have shows on Saturdays and are very crowded. And the food is great. Hope you stop in again.“

The environment of an upscale Hollywood dinner destination instantly floods your imagination with the high backed fabric booths and intricate chandeliers. I did notice that it looked like all of the tables here were high tops with backless stools (unless I missed one in the back?) so maybe not the most accessible place but food and service were great and the menu had so many great options!“

Only once or twice were they overcooked and not good --to be fair, it was during later night in the last hour or so of the kitchen still being open. I feel like they are short-staffed often leading to delays in food cooked and being run out to the servers. Overall for drinks, laid back place to drink and watch sports, it's cool.“

That information was never communicated amongst staff so we had to wait a while for a table. While we waited the staff were extremely apologetic and even gave us a complimentary shot to celebrate the bride to be while we waited in the comfortable lounge area.
