“The previous reviews for this bar are so spot on. Suamico is a very small town so it's really one of the only local spots that can cater to all ages. We arrive around 6:45 pm on a Saturday for dinner and drinks as a group of 4. We found one open table and scooped it up. The age of the crowd was probably 35+, very flustered waitress, seemed confused but greeted us promptly, got our drinks and gave us some menus. She returned 25 minutes later to admit she forgot about us, very apologetic, took our order and put it in; no big deal, we had drinks and good company (plus good people watching). Food came out, very accurate and tasty (3 burgers and a small pizza). We never saw a waitstaff person again. After another 30 - 40 minutes we saw our little waitress run by so we flagged her for our check. Now, at this point, we notice the crowd has shifted to mostly 20 - 22 year olds ready to party...party on but time for us to go! We called for our uber back to our airbnb and his exact quote "I've never picked anyone up from Shoots before bar close". Gave us a good laugh and a reminder that we are now approaching 40 and bar close doesn't look good on us!For those saying they only wait on regulars, I get it but think about it....they know those people and spend a lot of time getting to know them. The staff we interacted with definitely wasn't trying to be our new BFF but they weren't rude. You could easily point out the regulars, they were having a great time and rightfully so!“

We have never actually eaten in here- but we have gotten take out countless times from here for their Friday Fish Fry. It is THE BEST. Their perch is perfect! The Service. It's ALWAYS business here when I go in for my takeout. Sometimes the food takes longer than they said, but it doesn't bother me much. It means they are so darn busy because they have a ton of takeout and in-house orders! Ambiance. “As we walked in, we saw that it was busy and seat yourself. They are located right on the river and even have a patio out back. We made our way to the bar, grabbed a drink, and started to scope out a table. You could eat at the bar, but we were actually lucky enough to get a table very quickly. We ordered the clam chowder and the perch fish fry, and it was all very impressive! The soup was great and not overly thick. The perch fry came with 6 pieces of perfectly crispy fish, french fries, coleslaw, and rye bread. We were very impressed by this fish even though it wasn’t beer battered. “My husband and I celebrated Valentine's Day a week late. We were seated in the “date night” area with only tables for two. We were the only couple in this section during our meal and it was quiet and cozy. The service was excellent. My husband had the Mediterranean skate and I had the fettuccine with grilled shrimp. We enjoyed our meals, but the cheese curd appetizer was our favorite part of the meal. We will definitely go back!“
“To get in, they have these blue fabric things kinda hung funny over the entrance to what im guessing is the smokers patio this time of year. Because of the way they were attached, it was a little weird trying to actually get in the building.Just had burgers to eat, and they were ok. The buns crumble and slide off the burger patty, making it tough to eat without getting it on you. The patty tasted a little plain, too, but it wasn't bad.Service was just ok. It was very slow for how many people were there working. One of the three bartenders walked past my empty bottle on the rail three or four times so she could talk to the server at the end of the bar, which i was three feet away from, about something very much not work related. That wasn't super impressive, but not a deal breaker, i guess. It was good, not great. With all of the other options around, I'm not sure I'd go out of my way to go back.“

A HUGE shout out to the workers who helped surprise him by singing when they delivered his food. I ordered The Mots and enjoyed every last bite; perfect portions of each ingredient in every bite & toasted to perfection! Plus, their Chai Latte was a perfect blend of spice-y smoothness. We had Poutine, Asiago Pesto Loaded Fries and Cheese Curds.The Poutine is always a win for me. The house fries are like a thin cut potato wedge, with non breaded white cheese curds and chunks of ribeye that is then smothered in beef gravy. It is then cooked so that the cheese is ooey-gooey. It can easily be a meal, or an appetizer to share.The Asiago Pesto Loaded Fries had the thin cut potato wedge house fries, with non breaded white cheese curds, topped with pesto and smothered in a Asiago cream sauce with a drizzle of balsamic reduction. Again big enough to have as a meal or an appetizer to share.Cheese curds were white cheese curds that had a really light beer battered breading. Other halfs plate was perfect. Fries are to die for. Slaw and bread that comes with the perch are also perfect.Great if you have some time to kill. “Went on a trip to Green Bay by myself and first brewery at stopped at was this one. From the people to staff, I felt welcomed and had allot of conversations! The drinks were all really good, didn’t have a single one where I didn’t enjoy it, with my favorites being the New Zealand IPA and Tundra Tropica. This is definitely a must try when in Green Bay, and if allowed hit up the rooftop! I wasn’t able to go up due to an event but definitely worth a visit. 10/10 recommend!“
“Been searching all over for the best fish fry to my tastes. I am very fussy! I have found it right here! The fish is crispy, which is the way it is supposed to be. We ordered the Pollock and it was so delicious! The french fries were perfectly done and the beans were exactly the way they are supposed to be, a bit sweet and tender as the rye bread was super fresh. We will always come here from now on, and the good thing is, it is close to home. Thanks to you all for such a wonderful experience as we have now found our absolute favorite Friday night Fish spot!“

The specialty tacos are good but the flour tortillas kinda cheapen the great flavors that in that taco. Burgers looked meaty and the brioche bread makes it less heavy. Fries were like crunchy salt licks, I noticed the people I was eating with, piled on the ketchup and stated the meat could have had a bit of flavor to make everything pop instead of dousing it in ketchup and mustard.Otherwise, those are small things that don't take away from how this place is a gem with great high end bar food.“

The atmosphere is cool, great wooden bar, lots of seating, and…..a new kitchen concept…..a test kitchen. “I drive a truck and was out for a walk after parking for the evening. I went for a walk and found this place. Decided to have a beer and a sandwich. Ordered one of the specials (a brat patty sandwich and fries). Food came pretty quickly; tasty and hot. The service was good, and the bartender was friendly and appropriately talkative.
