“I went for their Puzzle Night, where teams come together to all create the same puzzle the fastest. A lot of fun. The staff were friendly if a bit frazzled by the extra teams that came in. The other half of the bar was playing the game, so it got loud, but that's normal. Had a great time.“
“The food here is so so good and very affordable. We stop after every camping trip in the area, have always had great service and relatively fast. They are usually full of people and has a nice "Mom and Pop" feel to it. Last time we went we had our dog in the car and decided to get carry out. The waitress took our order and offered to bring it out to our car, then offered a free piece of pie for waiting (not too long, they were busy)! Will be back for more! PS: the gravy (served with the country fried steak) is outstanding!!“
“This place is amazing! Great food! And let me tell you, at this place great service still does exist! We had the perch and the walleye. Both came to our table piping hot. It included choice of potato, a salad or coleslaw and rye bread. All excellent!“
“I go here often not as much as I should be going but every time I go there the bartenders are always right there for you the food is exceptional you have to try the rib eye steak sandwich Carly did amazing making mine ..Jen will meet and greet everyone that comes in service of food is the best no waiting for anything it's always a great atmosphere Jen does so much for our veterans so many social events bike rides go through Jen's because they know the service is great and to deal with organizations she is right there with it..“
“Friendly and fun lake adjacent bar, with a basic menu you would expect at most taverns. Their forte is definitely their burgers. Many unique choices on the menu. They have a gigantic one (see my picture) I think it's like 1.8 lbs of meat!! I didn't order that, but a couple of guys sitting by us did. (They split it) It was crazy big, but actually looked cooked well and everything on it looked fresh and tasty. They said it was good. I did however, order a (regular) sized "build your own" burger and a side of onion rings. I liked my burger a lot. Definitely worth coming back for. Onion rings were also pretty good. My wife ordered the fish and chips basket. This meal was very average. Pretty much, your basic frozen battered fish, deep fried and served with okay French Fries. Burger was great, fish basket not so much. Would recommend stopping in for drinks and a burger. Skip the fish. (But maybe they serve different fish for their Friday Fish Fry)“

“This place is amazing! If you're looking for a place to dine around Shawano Lake, Cecil Diner is the place to stop! They have amazing food, amazing staff, but does need some repair, but it is overall a great place to eat! I would highly recommend this place to others!“
“Fun and relaxing atmosphere. The people and employees were very nice. Great selection of beverages at a good price. The special of the day "peel and eat shrimp" were delicious! Warm and perfectly seasoned! I tried a Landshark. I liked it more than Corona.“
“Cindy & Jody - the owners - are amazing! Always on top of things. Always have great conversations with them both whenever I stop in. Judy & Shelly are always in a great mood & definitely add to the amazing atmosphere!My only complaint is that the 1 bartender doesn't make my drink the way that I specifically ask for it to be made. I noticed she added lemon to it this last time, & I'm almost positive she added some vokda also. Altered the flavor completely. I didn't bother to say anything tho. It didn't taste horrendous, but it didn't taste the way I like it either.Parking: Parking is available right in front of the building & to the left of it - which is right in front of the doors. If those spots are taken, parking is available in prevea parking lot also“
“Drove a hour from Oshkosh to Antlers tonight. We got here shortly after 8 tonight the kitchen was closed. We should of called ahead to check when they closed. The owner was bartending and informed us his wife would cook for us even though the kitchen was closed since we drove a hour to get there. It was super nice of them to do so. The food was delicious and would highly recommend stopping in and getting a steak to anyone also a delicious cookie to finish off our meals was a sweet treat. We will be back, thanks again for being so accommodating to my wife and I!“
