I’m not a regular coffee drinker and i’ve not been in a Dunkin before. So when a drink like the cookie butter cold brew trends and I wanna try it i decide to. To be fair I didn’t know the customizations or process of ordering this drink and it was later in the day. I walk in and it takes me standing there for 5 minutes for the workers to even acknowledge me (note: no one else in line). I ask how to make a cold brew sweet and I end up getting syrups and what-not. I also ordered...
