Our first time trying Fuel we ordered through their online portal. Per the email I received, pickup time was 5:57pm. I got there at 6:05. I didn’t realize they closed at 6:00pm which is my fault, however the female who came to the window was extremely rude, unhelpful, and short. She stated they had not received any online orders, the kitchen was completely closed and cleaned, and the owner would have to “give me a refund later”. Excuse me? Being the absent minded parent that I am, I accidentally ordered my food from the Barboursville area and not the one in Gallipolis online day. They called me to let me know, and made sure the Gallipolis location got my order. They were all kind and had it ready in no time. 🖤
