“This was by far the absolute WORST Waffle House my family & I had ever been to. We stopped here for dinner on our way home from a family outing & I really wish we had not. We sat at the booth for well over 15 min. before anyone would acknowledge us or even come to our table. When the waitress with the pink hair finally did come, she was rude and complaining of other customers. It took her 10 min. just to bring our drinks, which she gave us no straws & my coffee was cold & tasted old. We never seen her again. She was to busy flirting with a group of guys. Eventually another waitress brought us our food 30 min. later & the order completely wrong. Guests who came in way after us received their food first. My husband & I were finished eating by the time our kids even got their food. Not one time was we offered a refill, ask how the food was or anything. BTW, the bacon was extremely burnt, the eggs were cold as well as the grits & they forgot half our order. What a mess, very unprofessional, the cook was not wearing gloves as he was preparing food & the bathrooms & restaurant was dirty. The worst experience dining out EVER!!! Save your time & money & do yourself a favor & just go to a different Waffle House.“

“I’ve ate here a ton (it’s great food.), but recently while eating I overhead a very young employee apologize to manager/owner for upcoming appointment he had that overlapped with a shift. Employee asked if it would be OK if he went and boss said “yeah! No problem buddy” in the kindest tone. Excuse me, WHAT? 10/10 employer-ing and will be coming here more often.“
