I love this place. The food is amazing, the people are fantastic, and the children are so well behaved. We come here fairly often and love it every time.

I get takeout from here often, and it’s only a fifteen-twenty minute wait to get my orders ready. They use all fresh ingredients and put everything together perfectly. I do not have a preference but their chicken teriyaki is awesome along with the Captain Jack sushi roll and the Godzilla roll. The yaki udon w/ chicken is great as well.

The service and food was really good. I have eaten sushi many places throughout the United States and for West Virginia I was surprised that it was as good as it is. Places along the coast you expect to have great sushi and I've eaten sushi at other places in the state of West Virginia and I was very disappointed so this ranks pretty high for my pallet. I did not remember seeing a sushi bar as in the photos that I've seen here on this I'm not sure if Dave taken it out or I was just so excited to be eating sushi. The prices are a little high but the quality of the food was good. I guess the atmosphere was okay but it was for me to go food and proper service. A family-run business is always a beautiful thing to see. I do recommend this place for good sushi if you're in the barbersville area.

Definitely recommended for a quick sushi lunch! No frills, but it doesn't need any because the food quality speaks volumes. Very good maki rolls and nigiri, both with a great fish-to-rice ratio. They don't skimp on the fish!
The fish was all fresh and the maki was well-rolled. The squid salad was also very yummy and the dressing hit all the right notes. I felt like the portions were also very reasonable for the pricing. I will definitely be back for more in the future.

Have never understood the love for sushi…until today! Wow. I’m a new convert and fan! This place is amazing. Carry out was ready when promised, and they even called me to confirm the details for my “order ahead” takeaway. Excellent in every way!

Small store without much of an atmosphere. No real place to sit. Bottled drinks. Food wasn't bad, but I was surprised how mediocre it was given the ratings. Menu was somewhat limited, so I don't recommend this place for anything other than sushi (which was good). Noodles were ramen, not really lo mien. Rice was kind of mushy. If you want good quality sushi but also other options, I recommend Yummy Express over in Burlington, OH.
