“Ordered 2 melts off line and I have never gotten a melt that tasted that good. I couldn't have eaten anything better from any restaurant in Beaver. My hat goes off to Shawn the Manger because he's the one that fixed my order. So if you know that Shawn is working you know that you are going to get the best food ever.Thank again “

The food was better than I remembered - it's been years since I've been to a KFC. I'd come here again just for the customer service if we weren't just driving through.“

“These are the nastiest wings I ever had in my life, I ordered a 16 piece lemon pepper hot wing and they sent one order of bland hot wings with curly frys and a order of no flavor tasteless wings with cury frys I did not know chicken could be so bland and nasty. we didn't even eat them they're just sitting there, we did not even have dinner because it was so bad.“

I called in to let Morgan We need to let wirkers know when we get good service, not just negative ratings!!!;(he made it). He did a excellent job on making pizza, he was very nice to my husband when he picked up pizza price of pizza was super ( ordered on line) and very fast service from time we ordered to picking pizza up. I am old school and wasn't sure how to order on line. . .. but I called and Morgan assured me he received order and made me feel comfortable about on line ordering again next time!

“I always have a great experience with this location. There are a few locations in the Beckley area but this one is the best by far. If there is ever any issue with anything they will make it right no matter what. I don't know why but the food is always really good here and 10 times better than the other locations.“
