I went through the drive thru yesterday on the way to the UBB dirt track races, ordered a $5 fill up, was told that the 2 piece with side, cookie, and drink price is now $7.49, add tax, and total was $8.01. Quality was not a good value, small pieces of chicken, biscuit was cake doughy in middle, not browned, small in size, mashed potatoes and gravy had been reheated, Pepsi favorless, carbonated, watered down. KFC offers real food at slightly higher prices. The manager creates a welcoming atmosphere, making the experience pleasant for all. Meals are delicious. The workers are amazing and the food is addicting. This place is so clean. There are inconsistencies in order accuracy and the staff's attitude could be better. Overall, the food is good, but there is room for improvement in customer service and attention to detail.
