Restaurants in Beckley

“My husband and I, in our sixties, were traveling and looked for a local non chain restaurant. I have stomach issues and allergies. They accommodated my every need. My husband had the shrimp chowder and the crab cakes. I had the orange roughy. everything we ate was the best we ever had.”

“Had a great experience at this restaurant! The meals were delicious and plentiful and our server, Josh, went way out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed - including making me a cup of hot tea because I was freezing due to the weather. Will plan on going back there and asking for Josh!”

“As I was passing by on the way back to Delaware we Stopped to get dinner I could remember This place head the best wings and steak when I used to live there so we definitely had to get a bite to eat before we left as we got there we were greeted and didn’t have to wait long to be sat The place was clean the food was great but the service was excellent From my waiter Chelsie I’d like to think that I am pretty particular but my husband calls me extra but she knew exactly what I needed I made our experience One to remember She’s Super bubbly and attentive! Me and the family will definitely be back to see her!”

“My friend and I stopped in for supper. The waitress was very nice and caring. I must say it was the best serves I have had in a long time. Keep up the good work. I will be back.”

“Just celebrated my husband’s 60th birthday at Holiday Inns and Suites, Kem’s Restaurant provided the dinner. The staff was wonderful and accommodating. The food was super delicious! Hats off to Mr. Drew! Thank you for everything!”

“everything is good here the service is excellent the gaming machines are great but best of all it's a no drama place which I love”

“Had an amazing dinner tonight from the Valentine’s Day menu. Everything was delicious & the staff were so kind even though the restaurant was packed. I had the blackened scallops and my husband had the steak and crabcake. We also had the crab stuffed mushroom as well as the ahi tuna appetizer & it was all absolutely amazing! One of the best meals that we have had in a long time!”

“This is not a restaurant. This is a gambling establishment. If you like to play video slots, it's the place for you. The service is always exceptional and staff is very friendly.”

“Great Food! Highly recommend!”

“We drove from Lewisburg to try out Black Circle. All I can say is from walking in to checking out everything was absolutely amazing. Great food! The staff made you feel at home. Best service I have had in a very long time! We will definitely be making the drive often. 100% recommend. You will not be disappointed.”

“I got my drink from the chocolate moose inside of Raliegh general after my daughter went to have X-rays today. The barista was the sweetest. She deserves a raise. I ordered the lemonade refresher as my first drink ever with you guys and it was perfect 🩷”

“Great place!! We stopped on vacation from Oklahoma! Clean, big portions, and food tasted great!”

“delicious and quick. large portion sizes.”

“The price is really good especially for the amount you get. After eating enough to fill us up we still had an entire meal. The taste of everything was great. The salad dressing was awesome and the service was amazing for a sit down or take out. If you have never been to this place then you are really missing out. Try it once and I promise you will not be let down and you will return after you try it.”

“Loved my lunch experience today! I had a Greek salad, Tour of Sicily, and chocolate cake. It was all to die for! Misty was wonderful and took great care of us. 10/10 recommend!”

“My husband and I eat at Cheddar's often. I love the food, the service, the prices and the atmosphere. I love the lemon chicken for it's flavor and it's not fried. This is the first time I have been unsatisfied with it as it was so salty I could not eat it. No lemon flavor at all. The rice was not seasoned as usual, either. I will go back but it this happens again, I will send it back. Maybe the cook was having a rough day.”

“Cleanest dining room most friendly and helpful crew I have ever encountered. I left my purse and the wonderful manager kept it safe and mailed it to me. I cannot say enough complimentary things about this particular Chick-fil-A!”

“Wow! Just WOW!! The Cookie Butter cookie is so delicious, it just rocked our world. All of the cookies this week were amazing, but that one was especially yummy! Also, I tried a Crumbl soda for the first time tonight and it was a little too good to be true.”

“Nathaniel and Courtney are awesome! They basically know my order verbatim as I go there often for my food needs!”

“This was my first time to such a great little spot in downtown Beckley. The atmosphere, decor, and overall Vibe was absolutely amazing. It was game day Saturday so it was nice to have the game on multiple TVs throughout the bar... the food was good. Myself and two friends had wings (ok, ehh) and fries (amazing) on the limited menu that Saturday (10-3). There was a chili cook-off/block party happening just outside so I assume that's why the menu was lighter than usual. Charlotte was or waitress/ bartender and she was very pleasant. Overall it was a good experience and I'll certainly go back to try the full menu.”

“Padrinos restaurant has the best pizza in town! The perfect amount of toppings and baked to perfection. The pepperoni rolls are absolutely delicious served with a warm side of tomato sauce. If you don’t want to eat in just place your order and pull up to the drive through window! We enjoyed our meal and definitely will return!”

“This place will hit the spot no matter what time of the day it is!!!”

“The food was good. I had the bbq sandwich (if you are from PA it tastes like an ox roast), the nuggets my child loved, the hot dogs were good. Skip the cheese curds they were not great. Frys were good, hushpuppies were really good. The walking Taco comes with sour cream (we didn't know, kids wouldn't eat it) the meat has some kick. The service was fast and super friendly. If you are debating between the sweet tea and milkshake get the tea. The milk shake was ehh.”

“Fantastic bbq, and the baked potatoes are the best I’ve ever had. I have multiple food allergies and the young man that helped us was wonderful and did a great job with it ensuring I had a safe meal. Will be back for sure.”

“Great food and welcoming environment! I will return again for the food and juice.”

“5 stars for me, food is always delicious, delivered in a timely manner and hot. Love the pizza, roast beef sub is delicious, chili cheese fries and bbq's are great as well. Always friendly when we call to place order.”

“When we are in WV we have to eat at Tudors. We finally have one now in Lexington and I'm hoping they will eventually come even closer to where we live in London, KY. The food is awesome and definitely worth your money.”

“Great food, beautiful decorations, fast service, friendly staff. El Rancho is a community gem and never disappoints.”

“Thank you for singing me Happy Birthday 🎂🥳❤️”

“I gave it all 5 stars but I haven't been here for decades. Based on the other reviews the pizza is still as good as when Dominic Caliacino made them from scratch in the 70's. I would absolutely love to eat another Calacino pizza. I've traveled all over the US and the only pizza that came close was Godfather's pizza.”

“We stopped in about 30 mins before closing and this team was on it, they were happy to handle our business with a smile , they served us up and of course we got it to go but this team was awesome on Sunday night. Food was good and fresh .”

“We have used them twice now for their catering events & each time the food is amazing and the customer service is excellent!”

“Best pulled pork and smoked mac n cheese ive had! super nice and clean and killer good food for the money! def recommend and will be eating here again. He had some ribs on the smoker and they smelled bomb but I was in a hurry on lunch and couldn't wait for them to be ready”

“Cracker Barrel is a great stop on your vacation travels. It is great food and fun shopping while you wait for your meal. A must stop on any vacation travel day. 🌟”

“Cast Iron Smokers on Robert C. Byrd Drive in Beckley is a great spot to grab a quality plate of barbecue. The food was genuinely good and hit the spot, with flavors that definitely delivered. The prices are very reasonable and completely comparable to other barbecue spots in the area.

Our server was amazing and provided wonderful service throughout the meal. The only minor complaint is that the lighting inside makes it a bit difficult to read the menu.

The dining room offers a comfortable, laid-back vibe with TVs playing sports in the background, and the restaurant also features a separate gaming room with WV lottery machines for extra entertainment. Overall, it is a wonderful local destination if you are looking for a good meal and a casual lunch or dinner.”

“The staff is always friendly. The drinks are usually good the couple times though they have been lacking flavor. Idk what that is about. Overall always enjoy my drinks.”

“First time ordering here and they went beyond my expectations everything was perfect!! Thank you so much”

“Seeing the amazing reviews and word of mouth, I wanted to try Bumbler Bee Baker ~ The Cake Box for my daughter’s birthday cake. It was exactly what she wanted with two servings for 3 and plenty of leftovers 😉 Melissa thank you so much for your kind hospitality and working with me to make sure my daughter received her delicious chocolate cake with peanut butter icing, Reece cups and chocolate drip as she and I enjoyed it very much. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️”

“Excellent, excellent, excellent! They have so much to choose from and it's all been delicious! The service is the same as grandma's and the place is welcoming and clean. Currently offers a pick two or three for 12 bucks. More than you can eat. Love this place. This will continue to be a favorite of ours.”

“Whoever is working the drive through window is the NICEST LADY I EVER MET. I have been coming a million times a day because of the sip club promo and she’s consistently so nice and never annoyed with me even when I do dumb things like park far away from the drive thru window. Her name may possibly be Rachel? I’m not sure lol”

“Food & service was GREAT! Def a new fav 🖤”

“Always clean and the people very nice and knowledgeable plus it's a great alternative on prices compared to grocery and other stores. The lower prices alone is worth going. Thank you for being a dependable option in these times and days of humanitarian need.”

“Great hot food, amazing service , and a clean and neat restaurant there’s not much more you could ask for. Working in the restaurant business myself I would grade this experience a true 10/10 from a customer view and a management view. Young lady who waited on me named Kaitlin or Caitlyn was really all you could ask for in a cashier. Very attentive , did an upsell , very friendly. Great visit I will for sure go here next time I’m in town”

“Great value - large portions - friendly staff. My large order was ready in five minutes and everything was good.”

“usually a decent place to eat. most recent order though, I ordered ranch for my nuggets through the app. when I got my bag home, there were 4 different sauces, none of which were ranch”

“Love their pizzas. Priscilla is awesome delivery driver. When ordering the pizzas always come fast and correct. They are still steaming hot and perfect. It is in my top two pizzas for Beckley.”

“I don't know if bellacino's is a franchise, but the two that are in our area are so good. Get a chicago grinder or a calzone. Plan to either take some home or share. Their salads are huge!”

“Super friendly & inviting! Love eating at this location specially, Emily is the best waitress ever! I love her & she really made me feel at home with her kindness & wonderful service! I will definitely be returning soon!”

“UPDATE! We have been contacted and apologized to and it was made clear this wouldn't happen again. Thank you all for your support, shares, calls and comments! I'm going to remove my bad review from their page and I ask that you all do the same. Everyone is just trying to get thru this the best they know how and businesses are losing enough as it is. We need to support and help each other in every way possible. Not just now, but always. Thanks again guys. I believe we got our point across and made a change. God bless you all and stay safe!”

“It's good food and it needs to be a little bit more affordable on prices for their products on menus . If you love tacos this is the place to go I recommend it .”

“Just passing through and picked this IHOP for our breakfast stop. So glad we did best waitress (Sharon) we have had on any of our road trips. Recommend this place to anyone in area . Owner came to our table and talked to us . If I’m ever back in the area I will stop here again.,”

“was very good yesterday but the lady at the register with red hair n braids denied my son a BBQ sauce with his nuggets said we needed to pay for.it .....umm he gets 1 sauce with nuggets had to eat his food with ketchup. better be glad I didn't come up there to say something my husband stopped me. will be speaking to the manager about it next time im.in there rude asf 😒 guess NOT CHILD FRIENDLY 😒”

“When you first sit down, they bring slaw and deep fried chips with duck sauce. Both are delicious! I ordered pork fried rice and it came with (my choices) salad and 3 cheese wontons. Again, delicious and large portion. I ate 3x on my order. You won't be disappointed! We ordered extra slaw and chips with duck sauce for home. DELICIOUS!!”
