We love everything about this place!! Food is amazing! Very relaxing atmosphere! And the service is always kind and quick. My son wants to go there again for his birthday at the end of the month, and I told him he could pick anywhere or pick anything for me to fix and out of all the options he wants the char (granted it's exactly what i would have picked too!!) Love the subdued, relaxed, 60’s elegance of Char! Nestled in a bucolic setting, the ambience makes one feel miles away from the drone of the city.Food was amazing! Everything from their homemade Italian salad dressing, salmon cooked to perfection—crispy exterior with a melt-in-your mouth interior, bacon-wrapped pesto chicken, to their made-in-house Pistachio Ice Cream pie was a perfect way to end the day. Great food and wonderful service. The private drive to the restaurant and exterior makes you expect more from the blah interior. A little pricy and the menu could certainly stand to be updated with more modern food choices. Overall a good restaurant and I would recommend over the nearby franchise stops.
