I'm not giving 5-Stars for the food, but for the Institution. The Omelet Shoppe is a Beckley landmark. Generations of locals and I-64 travelers (like my wife and I) have dined here. My wife and I wish to thank and hope God's blessings on all the staff for sacrificing their Christmas Holiday to serve us weary travelers on Christmas night. Now the food is not gourmet. My girlfriend and I stopped by here this morning for breakfast. It was only 5:30am, and they are open 24/7, so we figured why not. I got the Lumberjack Omelet, and she got the Country Boy Omelet. We both agreed that they were on par with the best omelets we have ever eaten. The hashbrowns were delicious as well. Buttered toast. And for the prices you can't beat it. We stuffed ourselves for less than $30. Highly recommended. Will be coming back again soon.

Perfect food for a late night lunch. Excellent coffee and the waitresses are super friendly. I LOVE this placeVegetarian options: They make anything you ask for.Parking: Very easy to get a parking spot up front and simple to get back on the road.
