Located across the street from our hotel, we came here purely from reviews and it was a great choice where choices are limited. Overall, the miso soup tasted like chicken broth and the sushi was meh but the staff was great and service was quick. We all ordered filet mignon/shrimp hibachi & my youngest said his fried rice was “so delicious” so total win.
During a brief stay in Beckley with my wife and two boys, we were fortunate to dine at Fujiyama Restaurant. Despite arriving late, the place was welcoming and served up some of the best sushi we’ve had.The highlight of the evening was the unexpected generosity of the owner, Jenny.
