Staff very friendly and food was very good. Exiting the parking lot is tricky if you have to turn left.
Drive thru order. Moved quickly for how busy they were. Cashier at the window was very polite and respectful! The order was a Cherry Dip Cone and a Butterfinger Blizzard with Peanut Butter added and this Blizzard is the only one I get. Of all the DQ's I've been to in Indiana, I had to come all the way to Beckley West Virginia to get the best I've ever had. I enjoy the chicken strip basket but every single time my gravy is left out just like today May 9th. I like ranch on the side as well but never have a problem getting it. Please start including the gravy even if another sauce is requested.

However, there were inconveniences like an out-of-order restroom and missing menu items like burgers and vanilla ice cream. Despite these setbacks, the staff is friendly and courteous, making an effort to provide a positive dining experience.
